Your excellent team of carers visit our home daily. 1 male carer each morning, to carry out personal hygiene routines with my husband. Without exception, they are polite, calm, well-trained and thoughtful. I cannot fault them. Nothing is too much trouble, a pleasure to have in our home. I could not manage without them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful and positive feedback about our care team. Your comments will be shared with the team, and in particular with the carers involved, as recognition like this is incredibly important and greatly appreciated. We are proud to have such...
They showed my dad a level of care that I was proud of. Their speaking tone was always friendly and helpful.
I felt I could trust them, and they were able to take care of things without intervention, yet always advised when there were any issues or items needed.
Well done & Thank you.

Thank you so much to all the carers that looked after my Mum in the last weeks of her life before she moved to the hospice, you showed real compassionate and empathy and always left Mum comfortable, special thanks to Sindhu and Johnny.
Thank you for taking the time to share such kind and heartfelt feedback .It means a great deal to hear that your Mum was cared for with compassion, empathy, and dignity in her final weeks. Ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported is at the heart of everything we do. Your special thanks to Sindu and Johny will be shared with them, and we know they will be deeply touched by your words.
All carers, without fail, were very gentle, treating my darling husband with respect, and tried to do their very best to make him comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with the service he was given, and know my husband was happy with every one of the carers.

I would like to convey my sincere thanks and gratitude for the way in which the Care Team looked after my Uncle in his last weeks. The sensitivity towards his needs, the attention to his cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I've never witnessed care given so professionally, respectfully, and with such tenderness as I did. Your team made his last weeks bearable and dignified. I was really touched when the team came to say their good byes in his last hours. It really touched my heart and made it more bearable for us, his close family and friends. I cannot recommend Prime Care enough! Best wishes Louisa
Please accept our sincere condolences to you and your family. We are honoured to have been able to care for your...
Her discharge had been disorganised and distressing for her and us but from the moment the carers arrived they took on their duties with compassion and empathy; settling mum straight away and ensuring her comfort and dignity at all times from that moment on. This gave me absolute confidence that we had made the right decision and that mum would be cared for as we wished, when family members couldn't be with her.
Mum was bedridden and required breathing support during this time and without their services it would not have been possible for her to die peacefully at home which is what she wanted.
I and my siblings cannot praise the team enough.
I would like to thank you tremendously for all your help and wonderful care towards my father over the past couple of months. He has been treated with the utmost care and dignity by everybody involved, and you should be incredibly proud of your team - it is so evident that this isn't 'just a job' for them and they do truly care and excel at what they do. Please give my heartfelt thanks to everybody involved; you are truly all wonderful.
I would like to thank all the caring staff who looked after my wife Marion through her illness. Extra special thanks to Sindhu & Johnny who cared for Marion it was without a doubt a pleasure to have their caring attention to all her needs. They were the first & final people that attended to her. Many many thanks again.Your care and attention will not be forgotten. Regards.
They are real gems.
I am very happy with my carers. They are always friendly and cheerful. They are always very kind and patient. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they remember what I need and what I don't like. They are reliable.
We are glad about the concerns and compliments which are the motivation factor for our review and progress. Thank you
They are very kind, compassionate and patient with my dad and they always make sure to provide the highest level of care to him.
Whenever we have to make last minute changes / adaptations, they're very accommodating and nothing is ever too much to ask for.
Grateful for the best care team! I am reassured that my dad is well looked after each and every day.
Thank you for reviewing us. We use the reviews as learning points to improve our service with necessary arrangements and to motivate he staff with a positive caring culture
Couldn't get in touch with my mum on her landline so was extremely worried. Got in touch with manager and she sent carers round straight away to have a look at mums phone and they got it sorted. They are so helpful and caring.
Having the same carers regularly has provided a high level of continuity and the opportunity for carers to really get to know my mum and family and us to get to know them.
Carers are patient and kind, always treating Mum with dignity and respect. They always leave her comfortable and cared for. In difficult times they brighten Mum's day. All carers are excellent and Mum's main two carers are exceptional.
We are lucky to have such caring people sharing this difficult journey with us.
Her favourite person is one particular staff member, he is lovely.
They were very respectful and thoughtful at every visit. Not only asking how Dad was and what he needed but also taking the time to speak to Mum and me.
They worked in a very tidy and considerate way. Superb, and awesome are understatements.
Your carers arrived, I requested the correct position and they immediately performed the request, leaving the client and family more settled. Excellent service. Thank you.
Shortly after Dad died my brother was walking near where Mum and Dad live when two of the team saw him as they were driving to a client. They stopped and asked after all the family. They are what I think of as real Careers.
Thank you so very much.
Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with dignity and the utmost professional care.
If not for this my husband would not be able to stay in his own home for this we are grateful.
Always on time, Always with a lovely smile.
We thank you so much 10/10!
I have found Prime Care to be very reliable, polite and professional. The carers keep good time for appointments and will ask if I have forgotten to leave a flannel out or enquire as to where the body lotion may be kept. The morning visits in particular have been helpful to my father and give him something to focus on first thing. The early visits also remove some of the workload from my own shoulders. I have found the staff to be respectful and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you.
Prime care arrived into our lives at a very difficult and emotional time in both my wife's and my own life, my wife received the most loving and sensitive care that I could have wished for, she was put at ease at all visits by the very caring staff, this with the occasional sprinkling of light humour and understanding made each visit a pleasant experience.
May I and my family pass on our most grateful thanks to all the fine staff at Prime Care, thank you.
