I can't begin to express my gratitude for all the wonderful care my husband receives from your staff. They are professional, warm , kind and caring. They have all found a place in our hearts for the way they go about the care of my husband. A very special team of truly caring human beings.

Your excellent team of carers visit our home daily. 1 male carer each morning, to carry out personal hygiene routines with my husband. Without exception, they are polite, calm, well-trained and thoughtful. I cannot fault them. Nothing is too much trouble, a pleasure to have in our home. I could not manage without them.

I felt I could trust them, and they were able to take care of things without intervention, yet always advised when there were any issues or items needed.

Thank you so much to all the carers that looked after my Mum in the last weeks of her life before she moved to the hospice, you showed real compassionate and empathy and always left Mum comfortable, special thanks to Sindhu and Johnny.

All carers, without fail, were very gentle, treating my darling husband with respect, and tried to do their very best to make him comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with the service he was given, and know my husband was happy with every one of the carers.

The sensitivity towards his needs, the attention to his cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I've never witnessed care given so professionally, respectfully, and with such tenderness as I did. Your team made his last weeks bearable and dignified. I was really touched when the team came to say their good byes in his last hours. Every carer that Prime has sent to my address have been very focused on my wellbeing taking time to understand my needs and taking account of my condition they don't leave my premises until they are sure that I am in a fit condition to be left.

I would like to thank you tremendously for all your help and wonderful care towards my father over the past couple of months. He has been treated with the utmost care and dignity by everybody involved, and you should be incredibly proud of your team - it is so evident that this isn't 'just a job' for them and they do truly care and excel at what they do. I am very happy with my carers. They are always friendly and cheerful. They are always very kind and patient. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they remember what I need and what I don't like. They are reliable.

Couldn't get in touch with my mum on her landline so was extremely worried. Got in touch with manager and she sent carers round straight away to have a look at mums phone and they got it sorted. They are so helpful and caring.

The care is for my husband. He is very happy with carers that come in. They do a wonderful job, are polite and compassionate. They are very clean and hygienic as far as the care is concerned. Jobs that are needed to be done are always carried out. My husband prefers continuity of the same carers coming to him, as he finds change difficult, and having same carers would be something to think about.

All my mum's carers are kind and very supportive. They always come in with smiling happy faces. My mum is very comforted in how they treat her, with respect and loving care. Their care allows my mum to stay with us, which is very important to us as a family. Thank you.
