Prime Care provided 24/7 care at home for my mum after her discharge from hospital until her death just over two weeks later.
Her discharge had been disorganised and distressing for her and us but from the moment the carers arrived they took on their duties with compassion and empathy; settling mum
straight away and ensuring her comfort and dignity at all times from that moment on. This gave me absolute confidence that we had made the right decision and that mum would be cared for as we wished, when family members couldn't be with her.
Mum was bedridden and required breathing support during this time and without their services it would not have been possible for her to die peacefully at home which is what she wanted.
I and my siblings cannot praise the team enough.

Very very happy with Prime Care and all of their staff.
They are very kind, compassionate and patient with my dad and they always make sure to provide the highest level of care to him.
Whenever we have to make last minute changes / adaptations, they're very accommodating and nothing is ever too much
to ask for.
Grateful for the best care team! I am reassured that my dad is well looked after each and every day.

Couldn't get in touch with my mum on her landline so was extremely worried. Got in touch with manager and she sent carers round straight away to have a look at mums phone and they got it sorted. They are so helpful and caring.

The care given to our mum has been excellent.
Having the same carers regularly has provided a high level of continuity and the opportunity for carers to really get to know my mum and family and us to get to know them.
Carers are patient and kind, always treating Mum with dignity and respect. They
always leave her comfortable and cared for. In difficult times they brighten Mum's day. All carers are excellent and Mum's main two carers are exceptional.
We are lucky to have such caring people sharing this difficult journey with us.

I was requested to visit the client this evening due to an uneasy breathing issue, on arrival it was obvious the client had moved to an inappropriate position.
Your carers arrived, I requested the correct position and they immediately performed the request, leaving the client and family more settled.

The team provided wonderful care for Dad. They were kind to Dad and all the family, especially my mum. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are the best of the best.
Shortly after Dad died my brother was walking near where Mum and Dad live when two of the team saw him as they were driving to
a client. They stopped and asked after all the family. They are what I think of as real Careers.

You have to be very proud of the super kind and helpful carers you have in your employment.
Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with dignity and the utmost professional care.

I have found Prime Care to be very reliable, polite and professional. The carers keep good time for appointments and will ask if I have forgotten to leave a flannel out or enquire as to where the body lotion may be kept. The morning visits in particular have been helpful to my father and give him something
to focus on first thing. The early visits also remove some of the workload from my own shoulders. I have found the staff to be respectful and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you.

I cannot speak too highly or heap more praise upon the care my late wife received from Prime Care.
Prime care arrived into our lives at a very difficult and emotional time in both my wife's and my own life, my wife received the most loving and sensitive care that I could have wished for, she was put
at ease at all visits by the very caring staff, this with the occasional sprinkling of light humour and understanding made each visit a pleasant experience.

Once the decision was made to have my mother-in-law remain at home and the need for Palliative care was identified, Prime Care was brought on board. This happened at an accelerated rate due to the incredibly kind, efficient, thorough and dedicated tenacity of one of the team at our local GP, Caradoc
of Frinton-on-Sea (the Paramedic). From day one Prime Care were exceptional in their; understanding, engagement and expectation management. This was to both my mother-in-law, for her immediate needs, and towards us, supporting her by her bedside until she passed. All members of the team were warm, caring and gentle as well as sensitive to the situation they were faced with thrice daily. This was extended too by the out of hours support provided by mobile phone (and at all hours). The service they provided and attentiveness went above and beyond in every sense of the word. We were blessed to have been given such support and we will be forever grateful.
