Every carer that Prime has sent to my address have been very focused on my wellbeing taking time to understand my needs and taking account of my condition they don't leave my premises until they are sure that I am in a fit condition to be left.

The care is for my husband. He is very happy with carers that come in. They do a wonderful job, are polite and compassionate. They are very clean and hygienic as far as the care is concerned. Jobs that are needed to be done are always carried out. My husband prefers continuity of the same carers coming to him, as he finds change difficult, and having same carers would be something to think about.

All my mum's carers are kind and very supportive. They always come in with smiling happy faces. My mum is very comforted in how they treat her, with respect and loving care. Their care allows my mum to stay with us, which is very important to us as a family. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Your team of wonderful carers looked after mum so well, helping her to spend the last 10 weeks of her life at home with her daughters as she wished. Mum had cancer and was newly bedbound and doubly incontinent, with significant skin lesions and painful wounds in sensitive areas, needing to be treated 4 times per day. They treated Mum with such gentleness and dignity throughout, despite the difficulties for all concerned. Carers went way above and beyond what should reasonably have been expected in terms of medical care, enabling mum to stay at home for so long, before finally transferring to the hospice. We really appreciated your approach to providing consistency of carers and daily timings, but you were also able to be flexible about timings on request. Carers always reported any concerns about changes in mum's condition, and discussed how we should respond with all of us. The benefit of their experience was really helpful to us in recognising and managing the inevitable decline in her condition over time. They turned a professional service into a very personal service. However busy they were, they never appeared to be in a rush; it was as if Mum was their only patient. Thank you so much.

Prime Care have been looking after my dad for the last year and I am very happy with the care he's been given. He's always clean, shaved and well-fed. He's happy and hydrated and well looked after. They always let us know if there are any concerns or anything is needed for him.
