I have found Prime Care to be very reliable, polite and professional. The carers keep good time for appointments and will ask if I have forgotten to leave a flannel out or enquire as to where the body lotion may be kept. The morning visits in particular have been helpful to my father and give him something to focus on first thing. The early visits also remove some of the workload from my own shoulders. I have found the staff to be respectful and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you.
Prime care arrived into our lives at a very difficult and emotional time in both my wife's and my own life, my wife received the most loving and sensitive care that I could have wished for, she was put at ease at all visits by the very caring staff, this with the occasional sprinkling of light humour and understanding made each visit a pleasant experience.
May I and my family pass on our most grateful thanks to all the fine staff at Prime Care, thank you.
Once the decision was made to have my mother-in-law remain at home and the need for Palliative care was identified, Prime Care was brought on board. This happened at an accelerated rate due to the incredibly kind, efficient, thorough and dedicated tenacity of one of the team at our local GP, Caradoc of Frinton-on-Sea (the Paramedic). From day one Prime Care were exceptional in their; understanding, engagement and expectation management. This was to both my mother-in-law, for her immediate needs, and towards us, supporting her by her bedside until she passed. All members of the team were warm, caring and gentle as well as sensitive to the situation they were faced with thrice daily. This was extended too by the out of hours support provided by mobile phone (and at all hours). The service they provided and attentiveness went above and beyond in every sense of the word. We were blessed to have been given such support and we will be forever grateful.
We were most impressed with the level of service provided. Our carer was very conscientious in her work. She helped my Mum through a difficult period, I would highly recommend Prime Care and we would certainly use them again. Thank you Prime Care.
Staff were polite and professional.
All my carers were so kind and professional. They treated my dad with respect and dignity even as he got weaker and less cooperative. They allowed him to be clean, and comfortable. peaceful and relaxed in the comfort of his own home in the last weeks of his life. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and I would highly recommend them.
They could have checked her position in bed a bit more, as occasionally her toes were touching the bed end. I found it stressful to find medication last minute at the weekend, due to the late notice of medications running out, but they did better at giving me better notice after that occasion.
My main point for improvement is notification of bowel movement, as I feel her constipation could have been avoided or at least lessened. It may have been helpful if such suspicions were mentioned to me earlier, as it had not occurred to me. It could also have been beneficial to have a written record of her bowel movement kept at the house for use to refer to. Her constipation caused her a lot of pain and distress, but I can see that it was due to a number of different things including different groups of people focusing on different aspects of her care and her symptoms and medication changing.
As such I do not wish to blame anyone, I just hope people learn from this and so prevent it happening to anyone else. Many thanks.
I am very happy with my regular carer, he is an amazing man and treats me with dignity and respect. The relief carers are very good too.
Every member of your team is brilliant, kind, caring and very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. Thank you from our family.
I have been having carers from your company for 4 months now. Every one of them have been wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are absolute angels all of them. I cannot rate these carers highly enough.
I have been a patient of Prime Care since the 10th of May. I have 4 visits a day with a female and male staff attending every visit. The quality of the staff is faultless and an asset to the company. There were some minor issues with call times, in particular, the late visit being too early, however, I have accepted the company and the staff are doing their best by the patients and staff finishing times. I hope my support will continue as I have been impressed.
From day 1 the carers from Prime Care have been an absolute blessing in this house. Their care from each individual has always been "simply the best". I regularly recommend Prime Care to anyone who mentions carers to me. Each and everyone greets us with a smile and genuine friendship. I have never had to worry about leaving a key out for them when I go to work etc. They respect our home and us. I know my husband has the best care and kindness from all at Prime Care, I never have to worry, they are simply the best.
Care for the first 3 months provided through hospice.
Thank you for your review. It will help our company enhance our performance and improve the service we provide.
One downside, I would have liked a sheet with a list of who was coming throughout the day.

I used to be an N.V.Q Assessor and verifier and have no doubt all of your staff would have received their N.V.Qs with flying colours. Their care and attention to the client's needs and condition is first-class. They sometimes have to deal with considerable tack and sympathy to their needs, but always cope and leave her happy and contented. My wife and I consider them friends and are always pleased to see them. They treat the client's family with respect and try to make a difficult time life experience as comfortable as possible.
The organisation of a full support package involving NHS staff and a local hospice. Staff were extremely quick, efficient, thoughtful, as well as sympathetic and supportive to the whole family as well as to our loved one. We would not have coped without all the help and support. Everything my wife, I and our girls would wish for in very trying times. Thank you and God bless you all.
Thank you for your kind words, Graham and family. We were well supported by the hospice team and quality innovation team to provide better service.
I would certainly recommend Prime Care.
Thank you so much for lovely comment, we will be sure to pass this along to the fantastic staff who held you and your husband in very high regard.
The manager has been amazing.
Thank you for your kind review, we appreciate your feedback a lot! We shall pass on these lovely words to our team.
Excellent staff. Always punctual. Treat me with dignity. In all ways, I have had a good experience with them until now and hope that continues.
We shall pass on these lovely words to our team who will be over the moon!
