Care & carers have supported my grandfather for 3 years after his wife passing to help me keep him in his own home for as long as possible. They provided him personalised care and was always responsive to any concerns raised. Communication was excellent with the office and always kept me informed of any changes. The carers all knew him personally and kept his team to a small number to allow this. Carers would always take the time to listen to my grandfather and his wishes. When needed they were flexible with emergency cover and stayed with him when unwell until I arrived. Couldn't thank you all enough for the care provided to him and reassurance to myself.

I cannot fault the care my mother has received from Care and Carers. All the carers are friendly, extremely helpful, punctual and respond to last minute messages left by family. My mother has her favourites, but appreciated the reassurance that all of them gave, the dignity with which they treated her and the time they took to chat with her and have a laugh on occasions. Having the App was brilliant for being able to read the report after each of her four daily visits. Also for contacting the office with requests which always received a speedy response. All the staff were always helpful, supportive and efficient. Highly recommended.

My mother had been receiving care visits at home from Care & Carers for a couple of years. I have to say I was very pleased with the service they offered. The carers were always very polite and looked after my mum, they took time to talk to her. There were some very special carers who mum loved and could have a good laugh with and I was happy that she had people coming in to give her a bit of company. The Careberry service they provided meant I could login and see the report from each visit. They were very accommodating when I needed to change or cancel visits at short notice. At the end of my mums life they were super asking how they could help further. Colette came to the house to discuss further care and was so helpful when the paramedics arrived to be able to give them the information they needed. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Care & Carers the service they provide is excellent and they really care about their clients.

I set up a care package for my uncle as he got used to the nhs carers coming in daily after a hospital admission. I'm so glad I did, as he is happy to see someone every day and have his needs attended to. The agency is very responsive to any last minute changes as well.

Always punctual and polite. Been a fantastic help over the last year with standards of care consistently high. I have been really not very well or mobile during that time with a number of hospital visits, operations and recovery and Care and Carers have helped enormously as I live on my own.

Care and Carers have been excellent from the start. Pleasant professional, well turned out and trained people. Office very responsive to needs well run and flexible with changes. My carers - 2 a day- are usually from a primary list of 4 to 6 , with a. core of 4, so they know the day and evening routines well. That makes for a more relaxed occasion all round.. A pleasure to work with.

Our experience has been very good. The staff are punctual and very kind and caring. The carers are very pleasant. The staff are very efficient and we are very happy that we chose to go with this agency.

As far as I am concerned I have no problems with any staff they're all caring and interested in helping me always. Good company and interesting I enjoy their visits . We go shopping or to hospital appointments when necessary, the caring staff are very helpful and versatile.

We have found, in the short space of time that Care and Carers have been helping our Mother, to be thoughtful and kind. Their patience and understanding of the elderly is wonderful and we would certainly recommend their services.

I have MND and I have a carer from C&C once a week to allow my wife some respite. I have found all the carers to be outstanding. All the carers that I have met have been very professional and have known their job inside out. I feel completely secure in their care.

Care and Carers provide a consistent and caring support network. Generally my mother in law is comfortable with the carers attending and adjustments are made quickly where incompatabilities occur. Care and Carers positively accommodate last minute changes to care requirements and I feel they do their upmost to provide support to my mother in laws care Highly recommended.

Care & Carers are our third care provider, the first two were abysmal but Care & Carers are absolutely brilliant. I can rest easy knowing the care they give is always safe and caring. Mum loves them, they even came to my daughter's wedding to support mum and take the worry for her care from me. They are like family now.

My mother-in-law can be challenging to look after and the level of care that the Care & Carers team provides is outstanding. The carers are all experienced and able to think creatively to address any problems that arise. We always feel that they have her best interests at heart and we greatly appreciate their dedication.

Care & Carers cared for my mother-in-law for over four years. They've been amazing throughout this time! The carers are amazing, and their office team has been fabulous, giving us peace of mind and the best support. No hesitation in recommending them. It would hard to praise the C&C team highly enough. The care and attention they provided got us from bed bound leaving hospital to pretty much a full life, adapting and responding to needs as the position changed and developed over the years. Their professionalism and friendliness was peerless. Real care on a personal level. Nothing was ever too much. We could not have asked for more. Outstanding.

I have been very satisfied with the care I have received from all the carers I have had. It is appreciated help with shopping, ironing, light cleaning and sorting out. Their cheerful and happy disposition is very helpful and I always feel better after their visit.

The carers are compassionate, caring and helpful. They try their best to be punctual but due to the travel conditions this is not always possible for them to achieve and we know they do their best.

Carers supplied are well trained, punctual and efficient. It has been helpful to keep the same carer as client has to be got up. It would be helpful to have a phone number for your carer as with dementia things change constantly. Care reviews are done regularly which is helpful. I was not introduced to the app at the start but have found this invaluable. Overall, an efficient, kind and caring organisation.

I am over 90 years of age and the fact that I am recovering from a recent illness., including hospital stays, is in no small way due to the attention and encouragement I received from Care & Carers staff. It is reassuring that I know they will be there at the agreed time in the morning. They encourage me to do more things for myself but are always close at hand to help. I have never once felt embarrassed at being tended by a young man or woman, they all have a thoroughly professional approach. I am now able to tackle stairs on my own and look forward to the cup of Earl Grey that awaits! Finally, I am asked every morning 'Is there anything else I can do for you'. Thank you carers.
