Hi, I am Laura. I have worked for the NHS for many years before moving into domiciliary care, and have been with Care & Carers since January 2021. Starting as a carer, I have held several roles, including HR and Care Coordinator, each giving me opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge. I am passionate about making a difference through high-quality care, and I particularly champion skin care, recognising how vital it is for the dignity and well-being of frail people.

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am an Administrator with Care and Carers. I have a strong background in early learning and childcare, and I joined the team in November 2025. I am patient, caring, creative and naturally bubbly, and I always bring a calm and organised approach to my work. I joined Care and Carers in December 2025, bringing with me a strong background in HR and recruitment. Before this, I spent a decade in the British Army as an HR specialist, and the experiences I gained during my time in the military played a huge part in shaping who I am today and my passion for people.
