Hello, I’m Kelly, and I’m the Office Administrator here at Care and Carers. A big part of my role is looking after our recruitment and training, which means I get to meet new carers, guide them through their journey with us, and make sure they feel confident and supported from the very start.

I enjoy helping to bring the right people into our team and seeing them develop their skills through training. It’s really rewarding to know that the work I do helps carers feel prepared, and in turn, ensures the people we support receive the best possible care.
