View Full Details of Skyline Home Care Services - LeatherheadWe have been using Skyline since the end of September and have been very pleased with their service. The carers who have visited my husband have been really good, kind, caring, patient, willing, attentive, hard working. They have also been very kind to me, encouraging me to take respite when they are here (I care for my husband full time when they are not here). They help me by doing light housework tasks when not attending to my husband. They are very conscientious. The manager has been very helpful whenever I have had queries and they are flexible. They endeavour to schedule my husbands preferred carers where possible on their weekly rotas. Thank you Skyline
Skyline cared for my Mum in the palliative care phase of her chronic health conditions. The carers were exceptional, always smiling and profressional, and developed a close bond with my Mum - 'Nana' as they called her. We all grew extremely fond of the lovely carers and would like to deeply thank them for the care they took on Nana in her final months. They worked with Nana for over a year but care was increased since July 2025 till she passed peacefully at home on 10th October 2025. I miss my Mum dearly and will miss the carers as they became like family to us. The managers at the office were equally supportive and our sincere thanks for everything they did making every effort to keep my Mum safe and well cared for. All the little touches from remembering to check if my Mum had a cup of tea and her favourite hot water bottle, in addition to her health needs were much appreciated. You will all be missed - thank you Skyline !!!
I am very happy with the care for mum. Lovely carers, kind and patient with her as she can get very confused. I would only say that is more helpful and settled for her if we can have the same live-in carer on a regular basis as different carers each week we can be unsettling for her.
Am delighted with excellent service and care. Both management and staff show professionalism and personal sensitivity.
I wish to thank all at Skyline for the tireless care and compassion they have shown and are still doing for myself and my very sick husband throughout the last weeks before and during Christmas, there were two carers one male and one female that we would like to thank especially for their kindness at all times. All the carers there deserve a medal for what they do, it is a very tough profession and they all deserve to be recognised. We thank people like yourselves for taking up this profession to help others like us, Happy New Year to you all.
The carer told my wife that furniture must be moved out of the room as there was not enough room to use the hoist. This was after many weeks that other teams of carers had used the hoist without any problem. A few days later when my wife was out of the bed and the hoist was being used the carer climbed over the bed. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The room was assessed and there was never any mention of confined space. I would not recommend them.
Skyline was absolutely brilliant with my elderly mother, over a period of a year and a half. They showed such kindness and warmth and were always reliable - they really became part of our family, and I will miss them. They looked after her to the end and made sure all her needs were taken care of. I would highly recommend Skyline to anyone needing care for an elderly relative.
The care shown to my wife was of a very high standard and in a considerate and friendly manner.
Carers are reliable and good.
