Heritage has provided exceptional care for my husband since he has been out of the hospital. The carers are so professional, kind and caring towards my husband. They treat my husband with respect, and he really enjoys their company. The management is caring and helpful and complies with all the
request from me as much as they can. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs care.

The care and service given is very reassuring and kind also carers help you feel safe and are very kind in their manner and explaining anything to me.

I would like to thank Heritage Healthcare St Albans for looking after my mother and giving her the confidence to return to independent living after being discharged from hospital after a life-threatening illness. The family have been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team.
The staff, starting with the management to the carers on the ground, were always polite and punctual.
We would not hesitate to ask for their services again if required and would recommend them highly.

I have been so happy with the services. The carers that came every day are excellent, they have very high standards and nothing is too much trouble. They are all extremely kind and friendly which is very important to me and cheered my mum up always. I would definitely recommend this company.
