Holistic Care has transformed my elderly aunt's life for the better. The care professionals who visit and attend to her each morning and evening are warm and friendly people who look after her very well and respond appropriately to her needs. She really enjoys their company and values everything
they do for her. The managers at Holistic are friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail and willingness to contact my aunt's GP and pharmacy when necessary has helped enormously. We can recommend Holistic!

Holistic Care Services have been looking after my uncle and his wife now for two months and I have been very pleased with the care, support and communication they have provided. Holistic Care Services reassured me that the right level of support could be met and that these would be regularly
reviewed. True to their word their managers visited my uncle and aunt in their home, supporting the carers, reviewing the care plan and providing more training and suggestions on how to manage some of the challenges the carers inevitably faced. The carers have been patient, calm and with good humour, supporting them with medical appointments, medication reviews, personal care, shopping, light housework, home maintenance and overseeing bills. The carer's notes on the App reassures us they are safe and well cared for.
Dementia is a challenging journey weighing up the Risks versus Freedom. Happily they continue to live in their own home. Friends and family have peace of mind. Great Job Holistic!

I have only been with holistic care a short while and i have no issues at all. Management are very respectful and professional when talking to me kerry and kevin. My carer is a superstar. I feel like ive known her for years.

I felt my husband was safe. Carers treated my husband with care and respect, and dignity. Carers were polite and on time. Excellent care and made my husband at ease with personal care.

Some members of staff will go the extra mile in assisting my wife with things she wishes to do. Also, accompany her to social events that she wishes to attend.

While in hospital, returning to her own home became the priority for my sister-in-law. However in order for her to do so, it was necessary for her to be provided with 24 hour specialist care. Knowing my sister-in-law as well as I do, I knew she would find it extremely difficult to accept such care
being rendered by anyone other than a member of our family. Fortunately she took to the carers employed by Holistic Care Services almost immediately. Their friendly personalities and caring nature really won my sister-in-law over, and put her totally at ease. They always take time to listen to her and go out of their way to ensure she does not feel like she is no longer in control of her personal needs. They are almost always on time and ensure they complete all of the tasks that are in their care plan. Our family is only too happy to recommend Holistic Care Services to anyone who is looking for a company that provides first class, quality care.

I have had a number of care companies in the 8 years that I have been disabled but I have never been more happy since I've been using Hollistics care and I don't think any other company can compete with Hollisticscare. I can't find anything wrong with the job they do and I look upon them more as
family than employees they are the best carers I've ever had and I believe they are the best carers in the country.

My review relates to one of my mum's carers. She is a star, we needed a carer to look after and take my mum to our son's wedding. She helped dress my mum and took her to the venue, and stayed and cared for my mum. Without her, my mum could not have attended the wedding, which would have been very
upsetting for us all. The care given was all planned to perfection!! (My mum is 91)

Usually very punctual, attentive and thoughtful carers. They always seem to have time for my wife.
Some see things to do, others don't! I have found staff sympathetic and their care for my wife very good.

In the whole the ladies have been prompt and polite and ask whether there is anything else I need doing before they leave.
The only problem can be language as they are mostly foreigners but we can usually sort that out between us.

Excellent services for my mother. All carers are attentive to my mother's needs. Communication is excellent between service provider and our family. Would recommend to anyone looking for great care for their loved ones.

Holistic Care have been supporting my Mum for just over a year now and the care they have shown has been very good. My mum has had a very difficult year and Holistic Care has helped her and the family navigate our way through to a new way of life. They have supported our parents who at first were
reluctant to have help at all but have since adapted to their new life.
The office staff have been very helpful when we have needed extra care at very short notice and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are very vigilant and let us know if something isn't right with my mum, no matter how small. Communication is excellent with a view to organising my mum's care and meeting her needs. My parents are shown respect by managers and support workers and we get a rota telling us who will be visiting and any changes.
The carers have always been kind, and my mum has only positive things to say which is very reassuring to us as a family.

Holistic Care have been providing care for my mum for a few years now and I have always found them willing to help and proactive in supporting my mum. They will often contact the doctor / pharmacy to collect medicines that are urgently needed which is really helpful as I live in a different city. I
am happy to recommend them.

I contacted Holistic Care Services with a view to providing care for my sister in law, who at nearly 84 has become quite frail. We had a family meeting with HCS in my sisters home and we all felt very comfortable and confident in asking them to take care of her. This was based on their knowledge
warmth and humour, which I knew would suit my sister.
We have not been with them very long and I suppose time will tell, but my sister has gone from not wanting any help at all to looking forward to the carers coming in. The carers report anything that is of concern to them to their office and they in turn report back to us. This gives myself and my husband great comfort as we live and hour and half away.

Both Mum and I have been thrilled with the care provided by Holistic Care Services. The carers have been exemplary, as have the management who really made us feel heard. Everyone went that extra mile to ensure all our needs were met and I would have no hesitation in recommending Holistic to anyone

My mother has been very well looked after by your staff, has no complaints. The staff have always been supportive and understanding, she has never said anything negative about the staff, they are friendly and very kind.

Holistic have amazing, very caring staff who have always been very nice to my parents.
They come in and do their work with no problems at all.
Special mention to a particular member of staff who really goes the extra mile and thinks out of the box.
