Staff are carefully selected after a vigorous vetting process and are also DBS checked; the staff are chosen for compassion and professional experience and also undergo special training.

While in hospital, returning to her own home became the priority for my sister-in-law. However in order for her to do so, it was necessary for her to be provided with 24 hour specialist care. Knowing my sister-in-law as well as I do, I knew she would find it extremely difficult to accept such care
being rendered by anyone other than a member of our family. Fortunately she took to the carers employed by Holistic Care Services almost immediately. Their friendly personalities and caring nature really won my sister-in-law over, and put her totally at ease. They always take time to listen to her and go out of their way to ensure she does not feel like she is no longer in control of her personal needs. They are almost always on time and ensure they complete all of the tasks that are in their care plan. Our family is only too happy to recommend Holistic Care Services to anyone who is looking for a company that provides first class, quality care.

I have had a number of care companies in the 8 years that I have been disabled but I have never been more happy since I've been using Hollistics care and I don't think any other company can compete with Hollisticscare. I can't find anything wrong with the job they do and I look upon them more as family
than employees they are the best carers I've ever had and I believe they are the best carers in the country.

My review relates to one of my mum's carers. She is a star, we needed a carer to look after and take my mum to our son's wedding. She helped dress my mum and took her to the venue, and stayed and cared for my mum. Without her, my mum could not have attended the wedding, which would have been very upsetting
for us all. The care given was all planned to perfection!! (My mum is 91)

Usually very punctual, attentive and thoughtful carers. They always seem to have time for my wife.
Some see things to do, others don't! I have found staff sympathetic and their care for my wife very good.

In the whole the ladies have been prompt and polite and ask whether there is anything else I need doing before they leave.
The only problem can be language as they are mostly foreigners but we can usually sort that out between us.

Holistic Care have been supporting my Mum for just over a year now and the care they have shown has been very good. My mum has had a very difficult year and Holistic Care has helped her and the family navigate our way through to a new way of life. They have supported our parents who at first were reluctant
to have help at all but have since adapted to their new life.
The office staff have been very helpful when we have needed extra care at very short notice and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are very vigilant and let us know if something isn't right with my mum, no matter how small. Communication is excellent with a view to organising my mum's care and meeting her needs. My parents are shown respect by managers and support workers and we get a rota telling us who will be visiting and any changes.
The carers have always been kind, and my mum has only positive things to say which is very reassuring to us as a family.

Holistic Care have been providing care for my mum for a few years now and I have always found them willing to help and proactive in supporting my mum. They will often contact the doctor / pharmacy to collect medicines that are urgently needed which is really helpful as I live in a different city. I
am happy to recommend them.

I contacted Holistic Care Services with a view to providing care for my sister in law, who at nearly 84 has become quite frail. We had a family meeting with HCS in my sisters home and we all felt very comfortable and confident in asking them to take care of her. This was based on their knowledge warmth
and humour, which I knew would suit my sister.
We have not been with them very long and I suppose time will tell, but my sister has gone from not wanting any help at all to looking forward to the carers coming in. The carers report anything that is of concern to them to their office and they in turn report back to us. This gives myself and my husband great comfort as we live and hour and half away.

My mother in law, myself and my husband are all extremely happy with the care provided by Holistic Care Services. The office staff are very professional and are always happy to help whenever we have any questions or queries. The communication is second to none and I am really thankful we chose Holistic.
The carers are very friendly and have clearly had a lot of training.
Thank you for everything you do but most importantly thanks for looking after my mother in law with so much care.

Very professional and reliable service from day one. We first had an introduction meeting where all my son's needs were discussed very thoroughly. The support given to my son was reliable and consistent with the same 2 members of staff throughout our time with holistic care. The two carers were great
guys who totally respected our home and gave fantastic support to my son. I would highly recommend Holistic Care and will definitely use it again for my son's care in the future.

We engaged Holistic Care (which at the time was Radfield Home Care) to come to my parent's home twice a day to help with my Dad's morning and evening routines. His mobility and cognitive function were poor but the excellent staff at Holistic Care were very patient and skilled in their interactions with
him and enabled him to remain living at home with Mum for a further 12 twelve months before requiring residential care. The team members built a great relationship with my Dad and Holistic Care's management team were professional, and caring and showed very good attention to detail. They were great at keeping my Mum informed if changes to the service were expected for whatever reason.

Holistic Care cared for our mum who lived at home with our dad for 3 and a half months before she passed away. After 4 years of dad looking after mum, we had to admit that we needed some help, this was such a hard decision to make but Holistic Care made it easier to come to terms with. The care our
mum received was second to none even from the very first visit. Every member of staff was so professional, caring, reliable, and compassionate, and always went above and beyond for our mum and also for our dad who loved to chat with the carers.
We feel that we were so very lucky that we had Holistic Care look after our mum and we will never be able to thank the whole team enough, they became part of the family in such a short time. Very very special people!
We would highly recommend this care provider and we will be forever thankful for everything they did for Mum and Dad right until the end.

My sister and I use Holistic Care to care for our mother who is 99. Mum still lives in her own house and receives daily visits. The service provided is good and Holistic Care respond to issues quickly and attentively. There has never been an issue with providing cover, providing good flexibility.
The
staff are very helpful, providing a solid and well thought out service. Mum responds well to the colleagues and engages in good conversation with them. We ask for a lunch visit, an evening visit and a 'close down' so mum is locked up safely in her home. These visits are well carried out and on time. We have cameras in the house but we use the cameras only to check on Mum overnight and when there are no other visitors. The majority of communication is between my sister and Holistic Care because she lives close to the house. Her review will reflect my comfort with the high level of quality provided.

We contacted Holistic Care Services with only a couple of weeks to go before we needed the service after our initial care plans fell through, we had an informal chat in the home about our needs and expectations, then the plan was put into place and we had meetings with the carers and care co-ordinators
in advance, all went well and we were extremely happy with the service, our mum felt safe and content in her own home with the carers who lived in for 2 weeks. It was a little bit more expensive than we budgeted for.
