New to the company, wary as had a very bad experience previously. Manager spot on in recruiting and training staff. Staff consistency very good. Do what is expected and more. Company very accommodating. Would recommend. my mother treated very well and by association, so am I. The only con is the invoicing system.

The organisation is very efficient, management is being flexible when trying to meet our needs. Carers are friendly and respectful. They can be relied upon to arrive on time, at times that suit Mum. This reduces the stress and pressure on the close and extended family. We appreciate the care and support being given.

Dr Kunbi is one of the owners/directors who is accountable for the overall running of the business, needs such including care standards and financial effectiveness.
Dr Kunbi is responsible for managing the operations and ensuring compliance with the governing body.
Tola is responsible for managing the operations, ensuring compliance with the governing body.
Kev is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service and oversees the delivery of care. Maintaining health and safety within the work environment. Kev manages budgets and ensures the business growth and compliance of the service is being met.
Paula's role is to carry out client assessments and regular reviews to ensure clients' needs are being met. The role also includes completing care plans, risk assessments and compliance of both clients and staff members.
Paula supports staff members through regular supervisions, spot checks and competency checks to ensure all staff members are trained to a high standard, competent in all areas, but also keeping their overall well-being in a positive way within their working environment.
