My father is prone to infections and prior to this care provider was hospitalised over and over with UTIs whilst in the care of other companies.
Since this care provider have taken over he hasn’t had one infection or hospital admission which is testament to the consistent high quality care received.
Most carers my father has had from other companies go after 15 mins and have not provided the care to meet my fathers needs but this care provider always stay the full hours consistently every day.
