Holistic Care Services is an award-winning provider of quality home care services to people in the Liverpool South communities.

Care services are put together with the individual in mind. Clients are treated as the priority at all times, with staff constantly delivering truly person-centred care with dignity and respect of the individual at the centre.

Staff are carefully selected after a vigorous vetting process and are also DBS checked; the staff are chosen for compassion and professional experience and also undergo special training.

All staff at Holistic Care Service are very professional and exceptionally well trained.
Management is always available to contact and they have always been very accommodating to family requests.
As a family, we know we can rely on the service to care for my mother.

Generally good continuity of assigned carers, which was important to me as my mum has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t like change. Managers listened to and acted upon any concerns/issues I raised. Care plans are regularly updated, and very good communication, timekeeping and reporting. Carers always rang me
if they had concerns over Mum's health or welfare, and each visit was clearly documented on the access mobile app. The carers were very gentle and had a good manner with Mum, and worked hard to make her feel at ease during their visits.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thank you to two particular members of staff at this care provider.

The care provider looked after my mum/nan for 2 years and went above and beyond for her needs and requirements. Nothing was ever too much, my mum had dementia (people with dementia and those caring for people with dementia will know how hard day-to-day caring can sometimes be) the staff were always
so kind, caring, friendly and reassuring. We liaised with the staff all the time to ensure that my mum was getting the most suitable care package. We would like to thank the girls for all that they did for us. We lost my mum in December and this care provider was there for us every step of the way until the very end, as a family we would recommend them to anyone looking for extra care for their loved ones.

Having made last minute travel/accommodation plans I was present when 2 carers called to my aunts to complete her care plan needs. It was so lovely to hear the conversations that took place between my aunt and carers. I heard laughter too which is so reassuring that my aunt is consulted and not rushed
at any point of care.
When I mentioned to my aunt that I thought the staff were lovely she replied ”yes they all are, I’m very lucky, they look after me”. What more of a recommendation that the Home Care team are compassionate, communicative, seek consent to assist with personal care, person centred, reliable and flexible. My gratitude to you all.

Can't recommend them enough. Had some issues with other care agencies before using the care provider and we are so glad we have found them. They go above and beyond every time they visit my grandad and nothing is too much to ask of them. The care that they provide is of a great standard, they are always
on time and they are very easy to contact if you need them.

Extremely efficient and friendly service which has put the family's mind at rest that our aunt is being cared for twice a day, by staff who have taken the time to get to know her. Communication has been excellent, any concerns or worries about medication or aspects of her care have been dealt with promptly.
My aunt looks forward to seeing her carers each day. They are always on time and if delayed, even by ten minutes, the office staff let us know. We would highly recommend the care provider.

From the start to the end of this care provider caring for my mum, I couldn't be happier. All the staff were super friendly and put Mum at ease as she was a bit wary about people coming in at first. She loved the extra company though the day and looked forward to her visits.
They were so helpful in
sorting extra hours if needed, putting my mind at rest if we were away. This let her stay in her home longer.
Top class service and I can only 100% recommend.

We started using these services after my husband came out of hospital. Firstly, we us a care agency via social services which did not meet our needs, on changing to this care provider, we were offered a much better package and a time convenient for my husband's care and far superior service with more
professional carers. We stopped their care when my husband was in hospital for 7 weeks but resumed their service on his discharge in August and have continued to have carers since. We particularly like that 5 days a week we have the same person and the same carer on the other 2 days, this gives us continuity. We are delighted with the standard of the service.

An excellent service carried out by true professionals. As a client, I have always been treated with dignity and have never felt embarrassed. My wishes as to my personal care are always considered. I am encouraged, with supervision, to be more independent and to play a more active part in my care. Members
of staff are always smart and well-presented. They are pleasant, courteous and encourage conversation. Staff encourage me to carry out my personal exercise programme, designed for me by Liverpool community physiotherapy service. Always on time, if there is a delay office staff inform me.

My mother now requires double up carers twice daily.
This care provider have provided excellent flexible care.
I have to say their carers have been noticeably better than other agencies. They have been good compassionate carers with excellent communication skills. The oversight of their managers
was also impressive with good problem solving and early communication of any problems.
100% recommended.

The carers are efficient and friendly. Communication links are good. Feedback from the app is helpful and appreciated, and I have always felt able to raise any of my concerns with office staff. Also, individual carers have alerted me promptly to anything urgent or important, which has arisen.
Mum never
wanted or thought she needed care support, and her comments about the carers "only giving me my tablets" are, I believe, only a reflection of her cognitive impairment and her inability to see or assess her own needs. The care visits have provided structure and prompting and allowed Mum to prove her own abilities to herself. Although she may not always recognise the extra value provided for her in terms of time spent chatting and having someone else on hand to deal with little problems which arise, Mum has become more settled and occasionally gratefully accepting of what is being done for her.

My father has dementia and was in hospital before Christmas. The care provider were the only company who had capacity to offer care visits at his home and have looked after him since then.


The care received has been nothing short of outstanding generally from keeping his living areas tidy to his

personal care and assisting him to eat drink encouraging and being patient with him.


My father is prone to infections and prior to this care provider was hospitalised over and over with UTIs whilst in the care of other companies.


Since this care provider have taken over he hasn’t had one infection or hospital admission which is testament to the consistent high quality care received.


Most carers my father has had from other companies go after 15 mins and have not provided the care to meet my fathers needs but this care provider always stay the full hours consistently every day.


Special thanks to the Owner and Manager who have been brilliant throughout and their very effective team.
