Can not praise them enough. They have looked after our Nan 101 for a few months now. So friendly professional nothing is too much Trouble. We would be lost without them. We had tried various care providers in the past but MK is absolutely the best . Would 1000% recommend

My grandmother receives care in the home and service has been excellent, my grandmother has really been put at ease by Nolita and we have peace of mind that her safety and wellbeing is being protected. Nolita has been amazing with my grandmother showing tryst care and respect to her always. Great service. Thank you!

The care my husband receives is very good. He has the same carers which makes things so much easier and allows hims to build a good relationship. The cares are always smiling.

MK Care Services provided excellent care for my mum, the carers were always kind, helpful & respectful, they went above & beyond in their roles, they took time to speak to her, got to know her, were interested in her wellbeing . . I can't sing their praises enough, mum felt the same & I would not hesitate to recommend them to others . .

Excellent service always polite, caring and very respectful. Very reliable always call me if running late or have problems with Mum. Mum looks forward to the ladies' visits, always cheerful and considerate.

First of all, I appreciate your work. Your all staff members are good because they have good communication skills and they cooperate with the client in any situation and with family as well. They treat the client as a family member and they don't rush until the client feels not satisfied. We are happy with your carer and your service. Thank you.

Very happy with the care given to my mother. She really likes all the ladies who care for her and nothing is ever too much for them. Some days they do have a lot to deal with but still find time to chat and make a fuss of her which is very nice.

My mother had some concerns but now she is happy with the service. The company have nice carers who look after my brother very well. I'm happy with the service, my brother is happy, this is the most important to me.

I've never had carers before so I don't have anything to compare them to. However, I really appreciate the carers I have met. They are respectful and very caring. They also make you feel more cheerful on dull days when family are working. It's good to have company twice a day.

Unfortunately, I faced a number of issues with the previous agency we used such as poor timing and communication and thankfully I have not had any concerns since you took over the care of my mother. Excellent level of care and attention to detail. All the carers are very supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Reliable, trustworthy and efficient. We feel very lucky to have such lovely carers helping to maintain Mum's independence.

My elderly dad needed care in his home and MK Care Services were recommended to me by a friend. The carers were a great help to my dad - cheerful, professional and provided a high standard of care. Sadly Dad's health has now deteriorated and is unable to now stay in his own home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and friendly care in the home.

I am 56 years old and I wasn't really looking forward to anybody coming into my home to care for me, however, I am really pleased with my team of carers. They are all very considerate, very professional and cheerful in dealing with my needs and personal care. The office staff are of the same nature and very efficient. Thank you all for making me feel at ease with this change in my life.
