The carers are all wonderful and do a great job.

MK Care Services have cared for me for just over 2 years, and they are very professional, and I am looked after well.

All of the staff, both managers and carers, were friendly, professional and reassuring. It was really good to meet with them, and the confidence that gave me and my partner for going away on holiday together for the first time in ages was really appreciated. It was the first time we have used care at home for our daughter, who has complex needs. The updates on the app whilst we were away were comprehensive and regular, enabling us to enjoy our break even more without worry.

The first time for us as a family navigating the home care provision for our father, we were supported through the process with quick responses re: arranging assessments and consultation around his care needs , he was resistant to having carers initially having been independent all his life, the team respected his wishes and soon built strong therapeutic relationships and he enjoyed sharing his life stories with them, their patience and respect fostered trust and mutual respect we as a family were grateful for their support and flexibility to adapt to his needs where appropriate.Allowing someone into your home when you are feeling vulnerable requires trust and respect and this was demonstrated through this care journey

We are very happy with the service provided to our Nanna. The carers provide detailed feedback of their visits which gives us reassurance. Friends and family members have also mentioned positive things about the care upon seeing my Nanna after a visit has taken place. Most important is that our Nanna feels comfortable and safe during the visits. The care has definitely provided additional wellbeing to my Nanna. Very happy with the service, especially the carers Nolitta and Miriam.

My grandmother receives care in the home and service has been excellent, my grandmother has really been put at ease by Nolita and we have peace of mind that her safety and wellbeing is being protected. Nolita has been amazing with my grandmother showing tryst care and respect to her always. Great service. Thank you!

The care my husband receives is very good. He has the same carers which makes things so much easier and allows hims to build a good relationship. The cares are always smiling.

Very reliable always call me if running late or have problems with Mum. Mum looks forward to the ladies' visits, always cheerful and considerate.

Very happy with the care given to my mother. She really likes all the ladies who care for her and nothing is ever too much for them. Some days they do have a lot to deal with but still find time to chat and make a fuss of her which is very nice.

My mother had some concerns but now she is happy with the service. The company have nice carers who look after my brother very well. I'm happy with the service, my brother is happy, this is the most important to me.

I've never had carers before so I don't have anything to compare them to. However, I really appreciate the carers I have met. They are respectful and very caring. They also make you feel more cheerful on dull days when family are working. It's good to have company twice a day.

Overall we are very happy with the care provided. The carers are always polite and attentive. Mum gets on very well with ladies and looks forward to the visits.

Unfortunately, I faced a number of issues with the previous agency we used such as poor timing and communication and thankfully I have not had any concerns since you took over the care of my mother.
