Excellent level of care and attention to detail. All the carers are very supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Reliable, trustworthy and efficient. We feel very lucky to have such lovely carers helping to maintain Mum's independence.

My elderly dad needed care in his home and MK Care Services were recommended to me by a friend. The carers were a great help to my dad - cheerful, professional and provided a high standard of care. Sadly Dad's health has now deteriorated and is unable to now stay in his own home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and friendly care in the home.

Still we are receiving help from our girls. They are more like family and we have nothing but praise for their professionalism and just seeing their smiling faces helps us to feel better every day.

The office staff are of the same calibre. Nothing is too much trouble and they are pleased to help.

Overall very happy with the care my mum receives. There are a number of carers who are a huge credit to MK. We have hit a couple of bumps along the way, but these have been quickly resolved over the phone.

The team that looked after Mum were absolutely fantastic and treated her with kindness and respect. Some of the carers became like family to us and we knew that Mum was in good hands when they were looking after her. Thank you to all of the staff.

My mum is always telling me how lovely all the staff are, and how happy she is with the service she receives as a whole.

My mum was very reluctant to have some help at home but she has admitted to really enjoying the ladies coming. They make her feel relaxed, are happy to help her with what she needs or does not need that day. A few times they have found Mum quite unwell and have accessed the right help for her. Thank you for helping Mum with this new change to her life, they have made it very easy.

The care given to my terminally ill partner was first-class. The carers were always courteous, polite and cheerful. Knowing she was in good hands whilst I was not present took a weight off my shoulders.

I am the partner of a service user and I find that MK Care Services take a lot of pressure off me with their care. I find them very good and understanding.

Care and support excellent by carers. Management excellent. I am 97 years of age. I am treated with dignity. I want to stay in my flat as long as I can. I am comfortable.

As a family, we are happy with the care provided by MK Care Services. All staff appear friendly and courteous and willing to support, though Mum has her favourites! Whilst all staff are helpful, some are going the extra mile to support Mum's needs and ensuring that she has a clean, safe environment to live in and we thank them for this. Records are well written so we can check to ensure hygiene and dietary needs are met as Mum can be fussy at times re. food! Having the support of MK Care has taken a lot of stress off the family and enabled Mum to stay in her own home, so thank you to all!

MK Care Services Ltd made the last few months of my nan's life safer and more comfortable. All the girls that visited were extremely patient, caring and considerate with her. I could not fault their care in any way. Particularly one stood out, a lovely kind person.

The management team are always available and deals with queries promptly and efficiently.

Being my grandma's only carer since finding out she was terminally ill in Oct 2022, I was reluctant to get carers in, thinking I didn't need them but I was so wrong. The last few weeks of her life I asked for help, MK Care services came and supported both of us and I got to be a granddaughter again, not just her personal carer. My grandma died through the night with one of the carers staying with me the full night, they were all amazing staff, but that night the lady on shift was a blessing for me. Thank you MK Care, you really were all amazing.

Overall I find the service very helpful and the staff very kind and efficient.

I have been visiting for the weekend and have been overall happy with the care for my mum. The carer is excellent, very caring and helpful, always with a smile.
