Very professional and helpful in all aspects of care.

The night carers were wonderful with my late husband. We had peace of mind while they looked after him and we slept.

I have been very impressed with all the carers. They have been very supportive to both me and my husband. If we have any concerns or are worried about anything we can always ask their advice. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Good efficient although some carers were more diligent and caring than others. Two members of staff work great together as a team.

I find the girls very kind and helpful, understanding my needs and situation, they are very pleasant and thoughtful. It would be good if when they arrive they call out to give some warning. Thank you all very much. Old age can be very lonely.

This is my second review to MK Care Services Ltd. What an amazing job the manager has done in getting mum everything in place to make her stay at home a happy one. The carers are a lovely bunch. Two of the carers are so happy and pleasant to mum and bring out the best in her, what a great team of carers they are, so once again thank you to all the team.

My father was diagnosed at the end of Nov with untreatable Lung Cancer. He was admitted to the hospital not long after and discharged just before Christmas via NHS continuing healthcare fast-track. My father’s situation was tricky as he was NIL by mouth and on an NJ feed pump. The healthcare management team had to find a home care company who were willing to care for my father and also have training on how to use the feed pump machine. MK Care Services came forward to help. MK visit my father 4 times per day to give him his meds, set up his feeding pump and any other things that he needs. I am often there when they visit, and they are extremely friendly, caring and genuine. They are attentive and take pride in their work. They are very Covid safe and wear appropriate PPE. My father often comments on how wonderful the carers are, and they make each visit pleasant for my father. A+.

They are so reliable, clean and quickly get tuned into their client. I feel very safe leaving my son in their care. He enjoys their time with him.

They always make sure the client is comfy. They always ask if the client wants a drink and they ask if there is anything that she needs help with eg: helping with washing clothes.

Thank you for your excellent staff who looked after my wife in the last weeks of her life. The manager and staff are absolutely lovely and as a company, you should be so proud of them.

Review on behalf of my husband - has dementia. Treated with respect and dignity and respect throughout while taking note of his personality and brand of humour. Despite not liking change in any way even in the simplest of areas (personal care) carers will do what he allows and wait until he is more amenable/trusting of their interventions and respond to his questions relating to his medications etc. Carers will take note of my observations of his behaviours, speech (which isn't fluid nowadays) losing words, lost in conversations bringing about much frustration at times. Prompt with timekeeping, always neat and tidy. Communicate with both of us. Pleasant in demeanour with my husband at all times. Uphold his wishes as far as possible is safe to do so.

My husband and I have had such a good service from the carers. They have been looking after him for five months or so. We cannot fault the carers at all. Nothing is too much to ask for, service is given with a smile. Should we both be asked about recommending the provisions of carers, we would not hesitate to do so. Many many thanks to them all. Recommendation without any hesitation. Bless them all.

I find the staff to be very helpful, friendly and treated my husband with the best possible care and dignity.

MK services looked after my step-mum in the last months for her life. They were quick to put her at ease as it was not easy for her to accept help. She had the same carers regularly. They were always on time and liaised with my step-mum or myself if there was any change. They would also let me know if they were concerned at all with my step-mum. The team were really professional and I would definitely recommend them. They are a credit to the caring profession. As I work as a health care professional myself I know the importance of having carers you can rely on and trust. Thank you for all your care.

Same carer for most visits helps build up a relationship. Caring, understanding, gentle and calm - easy to talk to - these things all help me to accept and relax into the situation that I need support. They show respect for e, my feelings and modesty. My carers have helped me regain structure in my everyday life and have enabled me and my wife to enjoy better quality time together.
