Friendly carer, adequate care given.

My Mum's overall experience has been very good. To start with there were a lot of different carers which wasn't ideal. Now with the same carer, it's much better.

My husband and myself were very satisfied with all of the carers but especially his main carer. All the carers were friendly and polite. It was good to have a chat with someone other than myself for my husband. They always arrived on time. MK Care were helpful and arranged an earlier time on Sundays enabling him to go to church.

The care that my friend has been receiving has been excellent. The staff are always polite and helpful. They treat my friend with dignity and support her with her daily tasks allowing her to live independently.

They go over and above on a regular basis and support both Mum's physical and mental well-being. They are absolute super stars and I can’t rate them highly enough!

Excellent service and great communication between all carers and management. Any issues dealt with immediately and effectively.

MK Care Services staff were very compassionate and professional in the delivery of their services and support for my mom during the most challenging period of her life. Their staff always arrived on time, were polite, took the time to listen to our needs as a family and subsequently made sure the information given was considered and incorporated when delivering mom's care needs. My mother was not just a number to them; they treated her with dignity, compassion and care. I can only say thank you to each and every one at MK Care Services.

I have only praise for the service provided which helps both me and my wife who has acute back problems. All the staff who have been to wash and dress me, morning and night have been so jolly and perk us both up, they also perform a very professional service. Highly recommend to anyone who has similar movement disorders. They are very patient, understanding and amicable. Most of all it helps my wife no end as the extremes of movement are worse at both morning and evenings when my medication does not work as well.

When the care/support first met my wife and me they tried to be friendly. After a few weeks, the care/support became part of our family having fun. All the care/support workers went our of their way to look after my wife. Thank you to all of your staff.

Supportive, caring and advising.

The carers are all very polite and attentive. My husband's modesty is always protected, and he is happy with the carers. They arrive on time 99% of the time and usually let you know if they are delayed.

I have had a good expereince. The carers are respectful and treat me with dignity and take an interest in me.

It is evident that the manager of MK Care has a healthy working relationship with the people she employs.

I can highly recommend MK Care Services. Their staff are very efficient, kind and caring. I cannot fault their care or attitude to work. The management team have been brilliant too, very accommodating to my husband's changing needs - nothing has been too much trouble.

Timekeeping was the biggest challenge with Mum often left in wet pads for 14 hours!
