All the staff are on time polite and courteous every time they come here. I could recommend this company to anyone who may need care in future.

The staff caring for my mum have been kind, understanding, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I've met a few of the ladies, and I'm really pleased with their support. Looking forward to this service continuing.

Having spent a lifetime running successful businesses Sure Care provided that reliability, efficiency and due care and attention expected of a fully compliant firm. Re-assurance and support is a prerequisite and an added bonus was that all the ladies were fantastic and were all complimentary about

Surecare have been visiting my elderly mum for two years they call twice daily morning and evening to do breakfast and tea and make sure she takes her medication they also leave her a sandwich for lunch time .
All the staff are brilliant and my mum praises them and says how helpful they are . They
are always on time and I can't thank them for the peace of mind to me it gives me
Surecare are very helpful if you have any concerns at all great care given.

Sure Care are a responsive and caring provider who have been incredibly flexible providing me with the respite breaks I need whilst looking after Mum.
The care manager and her team have made a huge difference.
They are trustworthy and efficient managing moving schedules and very good value all
round!

Surecare are like a breath of fresh air compared to AMG Nusing & Care Services who my Mum had previously. I can't recommend Surecare enough, my mum is now getting call times when she should and all her medication is being administered and watch, general domestic duties are covered and showering and
washing is highly encourage.

We have some really lovely lady carers who have helped us very much when we really needed the help.
It has taken a big weight from me as I have suffered stress from the effects of the Alzcheimers's. I am delighted how much my husband has come on since having the carers, he feels very comfortable
with them. Thank you team.

All the ladies are lovely and respectful. They support me with anything we need eg showering mum.
I have noticed that times change slightly and I am not informed. I would prefer to know if times change as I get my mum up and give her insulin and breakfast before the carer arrives.

The Sure Care ladies have been absolutely brilliant with my dad. They have been working with my dad over many years and it is only because of their kind service that Dad was able to stay in his own home over a period of at least 18 months.
Then when it became impossible for him to stay living
alone, he moved into a care home and we continued to have Sure Care visiting in order to settle him in. The ladies were familiar faces to him and this helped him settle because they were visiting daily .
I will always be grateful that it was one of the young Sure Care staff, who noticed that dad had a UTI which ultimately led to him being in the home. Without their professionalism, knowledge and compassionate service, it could be that my dad would no longer be alive.
So I will be forever grateful to Sure Care for their remarkable work.

I have found SureCare a fantastic company in their commitment to the clients. The carers are excellent, very cheerful and most importantly they listen to the clients requests, and match the care givers to the needs of their patients. I would not hesitate in recommending SureCare to anyone who needs
I:I care. They are an amazing company and the only reason we are terminating the contact with them, is that we are leaving the area.

I am so pleased I decided to use Surecare for my parents, it all came to be last August when my mum was discharged from hospital after being an inpatient for 3 weeks with pneumonia. She needed a bit extra care to start with, I rang up and asked for help with some care and they had it sorted
immediately and started within about 4 days. They now come every night and stay over. Lovely girls and Mum and Dad think the world of them, they will do anything they want, help them get ready for bed and stay over night in case they are needed in the night and they are there to help them get dressed in a morning and get breakfast, they couldn't manage without them it is the same two girls that do the nights between them do there is continuity. If anyone is looking for any care I fully recommend Surecare for their efficiency and professionalism!

I regularly travel all over the country for work and being physically disabled, I have to arrange care in hotels everywhere I go. I'm so glad I found SureCare. The service has been excellent, the carers are friendly and reliable which is critical for my work. They are always able to provide care
when I stay in the area. The office staff have really helped by setting me up with other SureCare agencies around the country which enables me to expand my work. A really excellent service, I would definitely recommend SureCare Central Cheshire.

SureCare has been visiting my Father daily for 18 months now and offers an invaluable service.
They are always polite and professional and I can thoroughly recommend their staff and services.
Communication from them with scheduling times etc. is first class.

Following a poor experience with a previous care provider I reached out to SureCare in June 2024 to help ensure that my parents be able to return home safely after respite care. SureCare responded quickly and efficiently to draw up care plans to facilitate the move home. The carers all show
patience, empathy and professionalism in their support of Mum and Dad. As their needs have increased SureCare have ensured the necessary support has been forthcoming. SureCare have helped in emergency situations and kept me updated of any concerns. The office staff respond quickly to phone calls and emails. A professional team with a very personal approach.

I got in touch with SureCare in early September when it was clear my father was in need of much more help to manage the effects of his cancer. We received a very helpful response to our initial contact, which was followed by a friendly visit to assess Dad's needs. We then heard back very promptly
with some options and we took the option of having 2 carers living in to provide 24/7 care. They were both very well trained and personable, quickly forming a connection with Dad and us, also working well with the district nurse and community care team. The last 10 days of my father's life would have been unimaginably more difficult without these 2 carers. Instead, my family and I were able to spend time with him in ways that really counted. My thanks to everyone at SureCare for making this possible.

We have some really lovely lady carers who have helped us very much when we really needed the help.
