Mum has had care for 3 years now she looks forward to visit and enjoys the chats ,
All the staff are lovely. Would like to have them more but cannot afford it which is a real shame.,because she would benefit from maybe a little walk or day out

Mum looks forward to the visits from the Helping Hands staff. They are flexible with what they do which suits mum at the moment. The staff flag when there is a problem & celebrate special moments with a photo or comment. There is good communication with the supervisor so it is easy to review & adapt
care.

After a very tricky time with my mum of 91 returning home from hospital, I met with a staff member from Helping Hands who helped us assess what my mum needed and what they could help her with in order for her to stay at home. My mum now has three visits a day and the carers provide all the support
she needs, cooking nourishing meals, helping with household chores and just as importantly spending a bit of time with her for a chat.
We had previously not had a great experience with a care company but Helping Hands have exceeded everything we had wanted. I would definitely recommend them for care at home.

My mother is currently a client of Helping Hands and is receiving a continuous morning care service and recently a lunch time service too. As she is now managing to do more for herself, we have suspended the lunch time service. However, I know that if we find my mother declining or unwell, that we
can reinstate further services.
All the carers have been respectful and extremely helpful. They include my mother in all aspects of the care they are giving. If there are any problems, they alert both the office and subsequently me or my sister. Being able to view my mother's service, on the portal, gives us peace of mind and is extremely helpful when speaking to my mother as we sometimes need clarity.
I can contact the Branch Care Manager and all the staff, at the local office and know that I will receive a sympathetic ear and happy to discuss any adjustments with my mother's care.
I can highly recommend them.
