My experience with Aetos has been very positive. We had a carer for my mother who is elderly. She assisted her during the day with meal prep and tidying. It gave my mother another contact during the day which she found very reassuring.

Aetos have been wonderful - their care and compassion is angelic, professional and understanding of the complexity of existing public service systems for my father’s complex needs (diabetes/dementia), fantastic. I can honestly say that without Aetos he would probably be dead and I would most
definitely have had a nervous breakdown.

Overall, I am very pleased with Aetos Health Care management team and the service I receive. I greatly appreciate my carers and the care manager for supporting me very closely since day one but specially during the pandemic period. I was supported through various channels (telephone/Skype/video
call) to ensure that I was able to attend my weekly activities that would help me remain claim during pandemic. I would highly recommend Aetos Health Care Ltd to my friends and family or anyone else that is looking for live-in care service.
