Dovecare was a pleasure to deal with, right from the word go. Geoff (my step father-in-law) needed help at home, and Dovecare was able to send in one of their lovely carers pretty much straight away. Geoff got on really well with the carer, and we were hoping this was going to be a long standing arrangement. Sadly, Geoff had a stroke recently, and he told the carer when she arrived. The carer wasted no time in calling for an ambulance, and then phoning me. She stayed with us until the ambulance arrived, and we couldn't have asked for more from her. She did exactly the right thing, and we are so grateful to her. The manager was also a pleasure to work with, and there was nothing we couldn't ask for. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dovecare again and can highly recommend them.

The staff at Dovecare were caring, courteous and wonderful with my dad. They treated him with dignity and professionalism, ensuring he was comfortable and well looked after in his final days. The ladies worked tirelessly to provide compassionate care and we can't thank them enough. The manager was exceptional and always available and ready to listen whenever we needed support. As a family, we are forever grateful.

Right from my first conversation with a staff member, I knew we had been put into the right hands from my husband's care. She was professional, empathetic and seemed to know exactly what we required. We had a team of 2 carers coming in 4 times a day and the three ladies that rotated were simply incredible. They were calm, gentle and so kind to my husband, family and I. The gentle massages and care they showed him was simply amazing making a very difficult situation much easier. My husband smiled each time I told him the lovely ladies were here. They were always smiling and never in a rush. Always leaving him very comfortable at the end of each visit. The staff member mentioned earlier even asked the ladies to stay with me until I was okay, as they were here when he passed. Can't thank you all enough for what you have done.

Dovercare Services Limited - Can't thank them enough, the carers are dedicated, kind, trustworthy, reliable and compassionate to all my mothers needs and have great family values, we have the support from them when we really needed it and are very grateful and its so easy to get in touch with their office
