Friendly, professional staff.
Nothing too much trouble.
Flexible company, who actually listen to you and respect you.
Cant recommend enough.
No wonder they are so highly recommended.
They are not just my carers,they are my friends.

After moving to a new premises and unpacking my belongings, I have found a small jiffy bag which had contents in, missing and a small box which I received through the post, the contents missing, the only person(s) who visited me was the staff of Demidav and the one's responsible for packing, I would
not recommend this company to anyone and do not wish to have any member of Demidav to visit me again.

So far, so good as regards to the 'Carers' looking after my sister's daily needs. The communication is also good with the 'Office' staff and there is always a friendly voice to speak to at the other end of the telephone if the need arises???
Overall, I would personally recommend 'Demidav' as a
really good care provider.

I couldn't be more happy with the service my mum receives from DemiDav. The carers always treat her with dignity and respect and will always try to help her to be as independent as possible given her circumstances. Mum says her carers are like a little Ray of sunshine in her dark world and she looks
forward to seeing them. I often see the carers when I visit and they are always friendly towards me and I can see that they do genuinely like and care for my mum which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend this care provider and so would my mum.

Space between each visit should be more consistent very good practice from individual carers. Dissapointed with on call service, they do not answer the phone.

I'm extremely disappointed to be having to change companies, when everything is running so smoothly. The carers are excellent, they do everything for my needs. I'm very sorry to be losing them but to change is not my choice, this is beyond my control.

Demidav have been looking after my step-father for the past year and have been nothing short of outstanding. As his health needs have changed, they've responded with compassion, flexibility, and professionalism, adapting his care package seamlessly to ensure he continues to receive the support he
needs.
Every member of the team is friendly, kind, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing. They've created a warm and trusting relationship with him, encouraging him to make positive choices around personal care and diet without ever being forceful.
The carers always keep me updated of any changes in my step-fathers health, which can change on a daily basis!
I am incredibly grateful that Demidav are the care team looking after my step-father, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a care at home team.

Am really happy to be with demidav Ltd, I find my carers wonderful and the management have really helped by put the carers back in after been away for weeks. Am still getting use to been back home .I had 2 incredible painful nights but thanks to two staff members in particular I was supported and
sort out and am happy with the quality of care .

16th February 2025 at 15:17, I caught my carer from Demidav asleep in my lounge chair with a blanket over her. When we informed the office the manager just said "oh is she ok? Is she having problems at home?". After informing the manager it's gross misconduct she still didn't not apologise she just
said she'd speak to the carer. After explain I did not want said carer in my house again, the carer came back to right an instant report in my house! My husband was obviously very upset at this point as my anxiety was very bad he raised his voice and asked her to leave. After contacting my social worker we found out the carer had accused my husband of being racist. We had the same carer for 15 months and we have done nothing to imply this as we aren't a racist household or family. The annoying part about this is we have no apology and now no care team to help me with my many health requirements. (I do have a photo as proof if needed). Wouldn't recommend to look after a pet rock.

The service father receives from his carers every day is second to none. He looks forward to them coming every morning. He enjoys their little chats and laughs he has with them. But at the same time gets their full care and attention. A first class service.

My dad recently started having support from the team at Demidav in his home. The support we had from the manager in the beginning was so helpful and the process has been easy to navigate. The daily visits from the carers has been life changing. It has allowed my dad to remain safely and
independently in his home and has provided me with some much needed piece of mind. With their support he gets a good start to the day and this is crucial to the rest of the day. The male carers that visit dad are all excellent and dad looks forward to seeing them.

Some of the carers are so lovely and helpful. I do wish some of them would listen and take their shoes off or cover them. Apart from that they are very good. My father looks forward to a few of them as they spend the time to talk to him and treat him with dignity. You can tell those that truly care
and only a small few will see it as a job which they want to do the minimum basics and leave. Today, the carer gave my dad a bowl wash and checked his medication, he is very lovely and kind.

We have received amazing support from the carers assigned to support my partner. They have adapted well to his routine and have gone above and beyond to ensure his needs are met 100% of the time. The cares have been very proactive and receive feedback well.

All of the carers were very gentle, kind and really caring, not just to my husband, but to all the family. When then came in the house, they were friendly and kept us informed on what they were doing and also they respected us.

The care given to my uncle in his last months was great. All the staff are very kind and caring, and they treated him with the utmost dignity at each visit. His last weeks were extremely challenging for him and us, and we had to have overnight care until the last days. The carers were so good with
him, and we felt confident to leave him in their care through the night.

After starting three days later than we expected, two staff members quickly became a trusted and welcomed pair of carers visiting a number of times each day. They were gentle and professional with my dad through his last few weeks, making sure he was not only clean but also monitored for bed sores
or any other medical issues. They engaged well with everyone in our family, keeping the mood as upbeat as possible. It was important to us that the carers attended more than 90% of the visits. This meant we were comfortable trusting them to care for Dad the way he and we liked and during his most vulnerable time. I would recommend them highly.

As a young mum with young children, I didn't want carers in and out of my home. But I needed them, I was worried about how my children would act with strangers coming into their home. Wow, I couldn't believe their reaction towards the carers was and still is amazing. All the staff are absolutely
over amazing words can not tell you in words until you have them yourself. They have been amazing with me so caring, gentle and kind, they go over and beyond the care to provide us with the best care possible. They all treat me and my kids as a family they come in, notice my kids and other visitors who come into my home, and all polite caring excellent manners and consider everyone. I will never change my care providers. The owner well she is absolutely the most caring and understanding and goes above and beyond her level of caring. I can't thank you all enough for what you have done and still doing for me. My children and I love the relationship you all have with them and make them feel safe and welcome.

The care my mum and dad received was acceptable. The carers followed a prescribed regime of care for my dad and mum. The agency staff were flexible with the timings of attendance. The manager was very helpful with organising the total care for my dad and mum.
