Sadly needed to use these carers when my husband came home for end of life care. I was very worried about it but these people.were absolutely amazing. They treated my husband with great care compassion and respect. They looked after him and made him comfortable every time they came. They were
friendly kind and extremely good at the job they do. Thankyou to all.of you. I would.name names but don't think I am allowed but hopefully you know who you are. Thankyou.

Surecare started caring for my mum in Feb 2025 and in just a short time they have made a huge impact. She is now doing things she was refusing with past carers. She is living the best she can with a cruel illness all thanks to these carers. They have built a lovely friendship and mum thoroughly
enjoys each visit. Thank you Surecare.

Surecare have looked after my wife since October 2024.There was a short break when my wife went back into hospital but we are back with surecare again for second time. The carer have always been very good thoughtful, helpful and caring. Can't do enough for your excellent care but thanks you all.

SureCare has provided my mum with five-star care she has improved since having SureCare in her home. I could not ask for a better team of carers to be looking after my mum, from the very start, everyone has been very thorough in asking about my mum's needs and then providing this 100% of the time.

Very helpful and very caring staff always on time with all their checks on packages and carers, always there when you need help all in all very good care company, when there's a carer down they'll always have someone to cover that shift so you're never alone, so I will give them 5 stars because they
deserve it.

SureCare has been excellent in supporting my elderly father when he came out of hospital recovering from hip replacement surgery. They have friendly and capable care staff and a very well-organised management team. I would be very happy to recommend them.

My experience with your employees has been satisfactory. Very helpful, very professional, and good timings. They are very patient when with my son and ensure he's treated with respect and dignity. Overall my experience has been very good.

My partner was very poorly in palliative care. Once in palliative care, a care plan was quickly set up and my partner received essential visits 4 times a day from the team. I wouldn't be able to support her without the team's help- from waging to cleaning. Loading the washing machine etc. Many

SureCare made the whole experience easy for my mother, especially with staff speaking Gujarati. The manager has kept us informed of everything and guided us about the care. Would be more than happy to use them again if ever needed.

SureCare has been efficient and helpful with accommodating our needs and was quick to change and adapt these as required. They are always on time and the carers are helpful and friendly. They have been understanding and patient with my father.

Overall, an excellent experience. The carers are friendly and professional and treat my wife with respect and compassion. Sometimes the communication could be improved, but everything else is first-class.

My family is extremely thankful for this top-level service. This company is extremely professional and well organised. They make monthly visits at home just to check how everything is going, asking for customer opinions and suggestions, which is really good as we can discuss any issues with them. I

The standard of support from my grandmother's carers is none other than exceptional. Their work rate is consistent and is recognised and appreciated by the whole family. Personally I would most definitely consider using their services in the future. Considering all of their carers are as
hard-working as the one's we are lucky enough to have on board.
