The team that came to visit and assist Mum in the few days we had her home, before her passing today, were incredible. Caring, thoughtful, respectful and at all times kept Mum's dignity. Especially the carers who visited Mum the most. Thank you to all of you for taking the time to talk to Mum and
involve her in every step rather than talking over her to us, even in her final hours. If everyone cared as much as you all the world would be a better place. Thank you all so much.
