I like the support and find the care good and friendly. So far, my mental health has been really better, so far all is going well..It's pleasing to see the carers and support workers come and go, they always leave me ok.

Generally a very good service. Most of the staff caring and show empathy.

The carers are polite and friendly. They are punctual and reliable and know how to handle the client.
The company endeavour to keep regular carers who know the format for the day.
Any issues are responded to efficiently. The client feels safe.

He feels his carers are his support line. He enjoys seeing them and visiting him. He reaches out when he feels he is struggling. He does get muddled about the arrangements sometimes and this needs considering when building in his support.
I remain anxious that he lacks capacity to care for
himself on many levels. I am concerned about him managing money, his health, diet and daily living skills. His quality of life is sad and he is isolated. While the care is good he needs more support,

Friendly caring carers, who treat Mum with respect and dignity. They are very friendly and understanding. They are always ready to take on board my input. Mum looks forward to seeing them. They provide all the essential care with a smile.

Each care worker has shown me utmost respect. They are always professional, polite and show concern when my health is poor.
My life has improved since the very first day! When I am struggling I feel reassured that my lovely care worker will be here soon or in a couple of days.
One particular
special touch is, no matter how busy it's been the care worker always makes my bed into a lovely place to be!
One request: girls please pause for a cup of tea! You deserve to.

I am very pleased with the services GN Care Services Ltd provides me, their staff are polite, humble, and very experienced to the extent that I haven't found any challenges in regards to my needs and more so the punctuality for my required services. I greatly recommend them to whoever needs the

It has been an amazing experience for my family using GN Care. My carer is very helpful and always punctual and this is extremely helpful to enable me organise my daily routine, supportive and friendly, and providing my care with dignity.
This company is always accessible and helpful when needed.
It has been helpful having continuity of care with familiar carers.

I and my family have been very happy with the level of care from GN Care services - the staff are efficient, warm and professional in everything they do for my wife and adapt what they do for her with her ever-changing needs - the management has also been attentive and responsive to any questions or
changes to the care required.

The GN Care Services carers are all that we would wish for.
Helping in various aspects with the person being cared for.
The regular carer and the person being cared for have established a reciprocal confident relationship which has proved helpful and effective.

Overall, we are very happy with the carers who look after my husband, some are more technically experienced than others but everybody has to start somewhere. The main qualities we are looking for are that they should be kind, patient and respectful which they are, so they are always welcome into our
home. You get four stars as I never give five stars to any review, as I think nothing can ever be perfect!

I have an excellent carer who has been looking after me for eight-plus years. The agency is also very good regarding customer care and access.

The carer always arrived with a smile and always enquired about the client’s well-being on arrival.
Nothing seemed too much trouble if asked to do some tidying up, e.g. light housework in the client's bedroom, changing bed linen in the client's room. Preparing drinks or food in the kitchen, I was
impressed how the kitchen was always left clean and tidy, as was the bathroom on completing the help my husband required after his shower and creaming his body. The carer would always have time to have a chat with my husband and never appeared to be rushing to leave his client.
Polite and nearly always punctual which has made our experience with GN Care Services overall very impressive! I thank you for your help which, in turn, helped me over a very tricky time!

The care given is of an efficient, caring, supportive and friendly nature provided with dignity. A good rapport exists between carer and client which makes care sessions an enjoyable experience.
It has been extremely helpful having continuity of care with familiar carers. This is particularly
advantageous to dementia patients by creating a less stressful and more comfortable daily routine.
I am always grateful to be informed of any delays that might occur due to unforeseen circumstances. This is extremely helpful in enabling me to organise my daily tasks.
