Happy with the service provided for my late husband. He was treated with respect, care and concern. Was allowed to take his time getting to the bathroom. Carers were always approachable and helpful.

Thank you so much for the 2 years of care you all gave to my Mum. You were all so lovely to her. She thought highly of all the ladies that helped her. She was able to keep her independence within her own home which meant that she was able to stay with her little dog. She had a special bond with a particular member of staff as they were similar in age, she looked forward to their chats. Thank you to you too the manager for the support and understanding throughout the 2 years.

All the carers were very good and continued to speak kindly to Mum even when, during her last days, she didn't respond. Note: comment on value for money not valid as costs covered by the NHS.

We cannot thank Holy Spirit enough for the excellent care they provided for our mum in the last week of her life. The staff were so professional, respectful, kind caring and polite. There care not only included our mum by but also my dad, my sister and my self checking to see if we were also eating and drinking and caring for ourselves and each other. The staff treated my mum with with such dignity and kindness, she was getting washed, changed and cared for by them 4 times a day. They also kept us informed if they were running late. absolutely marvelous team of people.

Cannot thank you enough for the care that was given. All the staff gave my Dad fantastic care with so much care and compassion. They gave my Mum and all the family care and support. Thank you so much.

I would just like to say thank you to all the members of the team that looked after Dad and myself during the last few months of his life. Even though he would never admit it, Dad really looked forward to your visits. He enjoyed chatting and joking with you all. You are all kind, caring and professional people. Without you, I could not have cared for Dad by myself at home and for that, I'm eternally grateful to you all.

Everyone who visited us and gave my husband care was efficient, friendly, approachable and competent. It made a great difference to us all as a family, and it was a comfort to my husband knowing that anyone who was allocated to attend, would be caring and compassionate. He still had his dry sense of humour, and it was lovely that he could have some banter with the carers. They took a load of my mind and helped us through the final journey.

The carers are just what they say they are. They treat my husband with dignity and care, nothing is too much trouble. My husband is quite ill, and they help in every way. So pleased we have them coming to our home. Wouldn't want to change a thing. Thank you for being there.

Holy Spirit go above and beyond in everything they do. They are a caring organisation that always puts the customer first. If there has ever been a problem it is dealt with immediately and we are updated accordingly. I can honestly say myself and my family have a good relationship with this company.

Excellent service by professional caring people. Came on time, every time, even though we didn't need them every time because Mum was asleep. Very friendly towards Mum and had great knowledge with dealing with bedbound poorly elderly lady, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holy Spirit to anyone.

All the carers who visited my dad during his final week showed him the utmost kindness and compassion. They seemed genuinely concerned about his well-being and comfort.

From the very first moment we met the staff from Holy Spirit Home Care, all the family felt at ease. The extraordinary care shown by all the cares was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can not recommend Holy Spirit Home Care enough. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for our mother.

Holy Spirit Home Care provide an excellent service. The carers are always friendly, chatty and respectful with both my parents and they communicate well with me if they have any concerns. My parents are very pleased with the support they receive. The daily log book is always clearly updated, which helps me keep track of my parents' welfare. As their carer, I also appreciate the communication I have with the office staff at Holy Spirit and I know that they are up-to-date and extremely professional.

The carers who came to my brother-in-law were friendly, caring and respectful to him. Always came on into the room smiling, chatted to all the family not just to brother-in-law. They did what they had to do regarding care but was always talking about weather, their families. When leaving they always made sure he and family members who would be coming later on to care for him. The staff in the office were also very good, found them helpful and understanding when he passed away peacefully. Having had experience of carers can truthfully say that these that my brother-in-law had were wonderful.

After my wife came home, Holy Spirit Home Care have been a valuable asset in making my Misses comfortable after brain trauma, they provide excellent care. The carers and management do an excellent job to where I feel leaving her in their care when I have to go shopping and doing other general chores.

From the day they came through the door, they bonded with my son, looked after all his needs and gained his trust and mine. Cannot say enough to praise them, no task was too little or big, they made me feel at ease and him. I will never forget the professionalism that they did show throughout his care.
