The staff who attend are very pleasant and helpful. They do try to keep the same staff attending to mother so a rapport is built up when doing personal care. I can email or phone to keep an eye on Dad as well when I am away. They are good at reporting issues so medical conditions do not get out of
hand.

Where do I start? I don't know how we managed without these amazing carers. They all treat my mum with respect and dignity always. Nothing is too much trouble. They deal with every issue they come up against with my mum, when times are really difficult they make it easier and most of all they make
my mum smile.

I feel that the care plan is very good, it allows for changing circumstances. Very pleased.

The carers are all extremely professional, always polite and attentive to my needs. They always ask if I need anything done and ask if it's alright to do anything on a personal level for me. They help me out of bed and are very respectful and caring, also when putting me to bed at night. There are a
few different carers, all are lovely, friendly and polite. Thank you.

My mother has care calls to the house 4 times a day, 7 days a week. There are a number of carers. You call when assigned one is off and I can't fault anyone of them for their work, care and respect they give to my mother. Any problems I get a call from them to keep me updated. 10 out of 10 service.

I needed carers, mainly for showering each morning. They gave an excellent service and cleaned up after the shower and made the bed. Missed 1 day only at my request.

Excellent in every way. All kind, willing and helpful in any situation. Never showed any irritation, anger or harshness. An absolute godsend group who proved themselves in every way to be true carers. Never accepted drinks or tea or any food. They each came with one purpose in mind to be useful and
strength to the patient and me. Punctuality is good, mostly using public transport.

I think this is a very good healthcare service for our family. The girls can't do enough for you. Everyone has helped my husband and I a lot.

I was very impressed with the service I was given. I was very down with family illness, so I was taken out to be given a change of scenery, which I was very grateful for the care given. They always go the extra mile.

Overall good service but my mother-in-law is very rushed in the mornings and due to having heart failure, it makes her very breathless. Also can't understand staff due to having strong accents. I prefer text messages for communicating, this worries me that my in-law can't understand what they are
saying. I am not informed a lot of the time if they have contacted the GP. When the GP calls me I don't know what he is on about.

I was transferred to Alicelyn Health Care a few months ago. I'm very pleased with the care I'm getting. And getting the same carer every day is brilliant as I get nervous and confused if there are too many changes. The carer is really good, reliable, always clean and tidy, does a good daily job for

The care my elderly mother receives from the team at Alicelyn Health Care Ltd is absolutely outstanding. This is a care company that really does care and they care passionately about all aspects of the service they provide. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I can highly recommend Alicelyn Healthcare, very patient, helpful and actually care about your loved ones. They were so helpful when my Dad went in hospital and it was such a relief that they kept his slots available for him when he came home. Well done Alicelyn.
