I cant thank CRC Care enough the team members who were coming in and dealing with my papa were absolutely fantastic unfortunately due to my papa being in hospital we now have another care system coming in which will be sorted soon But I would like to say to Faith Caroline and Baba thank you so much for everything for trying to make my papa laugh on his down days means the world and more and picking myself up and gran when we were feeling down Yous honestly go above and beyond yous really do and I really do hope to see yous back with my papa as we are missing yous so much But honestly yous are an amazing bunch of people and we were gutted to hear that you's weren't coming back but hopefully we get yous sorted I will be recommending yous to everyone who is needing carers cause I wouldn't look anywhere else Thank you so much again

Excellent compassionate carers. All carers are very professional, friendly, really efficient and always smiling. The support the carers provide is very reliable and the care provided is of a very high standard. Thank you!

In general, very satisfactory. One complaint; until recently, my carer kept changing, often from one day to the next. Much better to have the same person every day.

The carers that come are all very friendly and pleasant. It took my gran a long time to adjust to the new care team with the addition of males. Her dementia worsened to the point she was very upset when carers tried to attend to her, but they remained patient and calm, and my gran is becoming more comfortable as time goes on. High turnover of staff can be confusing and disconcerting for her.

We are veyr happy with the respite care and support we receive from CRC Care. My husband has built up a good relationship with his carers and find the staff to be very courteous, polite and knowledgeable.

I have received care from CRC Care Ltd for approximately 2 years. The care I receive is excellent. I am treated with dignity and respect (which makes personal care so much easier to receive). The carers are well trained, kind and pleasant. They always take moment to chat (they may be the only faces I see in a week). Finally, I have a dog (in training as a support animal) and they are wonderful to him which is very touching to me. I highly recommend CRC.

Carers provide excellent personal care. I am transferred from bed to wheelchair using hoist. This is done efficiently and with care. Carers encourage and support my independence. They are aware of my individual needs. I cannot rate Value for Money as my care is provided free in Scotland.

I get on with everyone who comes to me. They are doing a great job and are good at helping me. We have a good laugh. I would not manage the things they do for me.

We have been extremely happy with the service provided by CRC Care Ltd. From the outset communication was easy and friendly and the team understood our needs and were clear about what they could to support them. The staff who came to the house as carers and home helps made our parents feel relaxed and reassured. They were friendly and went beyond the cursory chat and had proper conversations so our parents felt they had a positive relationship with them. As we don't live nearby, it was very reassuring for us that our parents were being kept an eye on and cared for by such lovely people.

An excellent service is provided to both my aunt and uncle. Care is always taken to ensure all their needs are catered for. All the carers coming to the house are professional and their desire to provide quality care with dignity is always evident. My aunt and uncle frequently praise the carers to me and tell me how safe and well cared for they feel. This gives me and the rest of the family peace of mind. Meals are prepared with care and choices always offered with snacks left for between meals.

My husband has had very good care and attention from your very knowledgeable staff. Courteous at all times and my husband is very comfortable with their care. We are vary happy to rely on them and their smiles in the morning - lift our day.
