CRC have been a credit to my mum, the staff go above and beyond to help nothing is ever an issue and they have all the time in the world for both my mum & my self. Great service. They treat my mother with great care and she is very happy

I have used CRC for 2 1/2 years and they are my angels would be lost without them, they are very caring and take care of my needs. We have a good laugh and have plenty to talk about. They get me ready for hospital appointments. I think so much of them and my family + friends know I am well cared for.

After my hospital stay mom dad and family decided I could go home to my own house with their supervision and also with home care giving me more independence. Over time carers timings have improved and I am happy with the service having my body wash, shower and light breakfast made for me. I have put my trust in CRC company not everyone has their own transport but things have improved.

The continuing and exemplary care allows me to remain in my home. Changes in my mobility are dealt with sensitively and professionally. Carers are extremely helpful and recognise my particular needs. Any issues have been dealt with and understood by carers and management.

The team who provide personal care to my husband are fantastic, professional, respectful & caring. They have become a very trusted and welcome part of our household, and make both of our lives so much easier. Caring for my husband at home would be impossible without them.

Amazing service. Community alarm didn't work. CRC made an exceptional return visit to my Dad late in the evening ti take care of his personal needs. The team who visit him in pairs 4 times a day are caring and cheery even when dealing with some very challenging situations. I can't praise them enough. Their upbeat positive attitude lifts my Dad's spirits even when his days are difficult. I really don't know what I'd do without them. Thankyou to all of your carers they are all special.

I have found the carers to be fabulous with Dad, they are very friendly and helpful and meet Dad's needs on a daily basis. Dad's words: I would be lost without these men, I am not able to get washed and dressed, they assist and feed me every day. Dad likes to know who is coming each day and looks forward to seeing the boys. I am very happy at the care and attention Dad receives as due to work I am not able to get Dad up and ready. Thank you, we appreciate the team Dad has.

CRC are a very good agency, very engaging and responds to any issues quickly. All carers are good, efficient and professional. Could improve on timing of visits. But overall, a great agency to work with.

It is difficult for those of us who have been independent all of our lives, to accept carers coming into our homes, but the quality and kindness of carers truly makes a difference to the changes we have to accept. And the carers from CRC certainly did that for us. My husband sadly passed away in November '25. But we wanted to express our thanks and gratitude to CRC, and particularly to their carers. We appreciate all that you did. With kindest regards and best wishes to all!

Overall, I have been happy with the level of care provided to Cathy by all of the carers. The girls that visit are always pleasant & do what is required for Cathy in order to make her life a little bit easier.

Excellent compassionate carers. All carers are very professional, friendly, really efficient and always smiling. The support the carers provide is very reliable and the care provided is of a very high standard. Thank you!

In general, very satisfactory. One complaint; until recently, my carer kept changing, often from one day to the next. Much better to have the same person every day.

The carers that come are all very friendly and pleasant. It took my gran a long time to adjust to the new care team with the addition of males. Her dementia worsened to the point she was very upset when carers tried to attend to her, but they remained patient and calm, and my gran is becoming more comfortable as time goes on. High turnover of staff can be confusing and disconcerting for her.

The carers that regularly attend to my grandad are very kind, friendly and thoughtful.

We are veyr happy with the respite care and support we receive from CRC Care. My husband has built up a good relationship with his carers and find the staff to be very courteous, polite and knowledgeable.

I have received care from CRC Care Ltd for approximately 2 years. The care I receive is excellent. I am treated with dignity and respect (which makes personal care so much easier to receive). The carers are well trained, kind and pleasant. They always take moment to chat (they may be the only faces I see in a week). Finally, I have a dog (in training as a support animal) and they are wonderful to him which is very touching to me. I highly recommend CRC.
