Happy with the care I get and staff are always kind.

I get on with everyone who comes to me. They are doing a great job and are good at helping me. We have a good laugh. I would not manage the things they do for me.

We have been extremely happy with the service provided by CRC Care Ltd. From the outset communication was easy and friendly and the team understood our needs and were clear about what they could to support them. The staff who came to the house as carers and home helps made our parents feel relaxed and reassured. They were friendly and went beyond the cursory chat and had proper conversations so our parents felt they had a positive relationship with them. As we don't live nearby, it was very reassuring for us that our parents were being kept an eye on and cared for by such lovely people.

An excellent service is provided to both my aunt and uncle. Care is always taken to ensure all their needs are catered for. All the carers coming to the house are professional and their desire to provide quality care with dignity is always evident. My aunt and uncle frequently praise the carers to me and tell me how safe and well cared for they feel. This gives me and the rest of the family peace of mind. Meals are prepared with care and choices always offered with snacks left for between meals.

I have had three years of CRC in the mornings. During this time, I have been treated by staff members in a kind, helpful manner.

We are absolutely delighted with the care my husband received. The two carers who attend are very polite, caring and treat my husband with respect. They spend as much time as my husbands needs never rushing him.

All carers I have found to be respectful and very caring. They always have a kind word say to husband.

My husband has had very good care and attention from your very knowledgeable staff. Courteous at all times and my husband is very comfortable with their care. We are vary happy to rely on them and their smiles in the morning - lift our day.

Since being a service user I have been treated with the upmost dignity and respect all the staff that attend are very professional and caring and privacy. Staff are very family friendly and approachable.

I am very happy with the care I am currently receiving. The carers are friendly and helpful. They always ask before doing tasks and ask if there is anything else they can do.

Good on whole service though some issues with being too heavy with PC. Also not consistent with care staff as the carers here get moved to other areas so break down with the same carers. Happy overall with staff.

The carer is an amazing person. Kind, attention to detail is fantastic. Always pleasant. We have had several carers who need further training.

Since CRC took over my wife's care in August 2022 we have been very impressed with the level of care provided. The carers are very clean, tidy and exceptionally polite. Any negative issues which have arisen, and these have been few and far between, have been very promptly dealt with to our satisfaction by the manager. Delighted to say we have built up a very good rapport with the team of carers in general.

I have never found that with CRC, my family member reports that she is happy with the carer's that attend. They are caring, compassionate, display great empathy and do their best to keep my family member's spirits up.

Most of the carers attend to my brother serving meals, helping with personal hygiene and light household tasks. They engage with him and spend the allocated time with him. I realise that there have been staffing shortages but it has been pointed out to me by a neighbour that some carers are just in and out!

I have been a client of CRC Care for the last two years. The management and staff are excellent and look after my needs and requirements on a daily basis. They are professional, understanding and flexible which makes my life easier, yet still allows me a degree of independence. I am so glad I chose CRC as my care provider and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Appalling service. The lack of training given to carers affects the service they provide. I have personally, with my own eyes watched a lack of empathy given to clients and utter neglect for their welfare. An appalling company, avoid.

The manager, staff member and their team are kind and hard working. Knowing that they will call on my father when required has been very helpful indeed.
