If anyone is interested in using this company don't. My father was with them for a year. In that time he went through 24 different carers, the staff do not get trained efficiently, meant to be double ups but most times I had to help, even had two I had to show how to use the hoist. Phoned the
manager a number of times to complain about carers not turning up and my father being left to lie in his own waste until I got there. The company should be shut down, it's a disgrace to care sector.

Please do not use this service. My dad has had them for three months and the care has been awful. Most of his 45-minute visits only lasted a fraction of this time. They were usually late over one hour on some occasions. But the worst was not turning up at all and not letting the family know. I would
hate anyone else to have to go through this experience. Thankfully a new service is taking over on Monday.
