From the moment we had the initial meeting with Stuart in hospital I knew that we'd chosen the right company. My mum was at ease with Stuart & nothing was too much trouble. She very much looked forward to seeing her carer Rebecca, when she visited. For me it was a peace of mind. My parents very much
kept her illnesses to themselves & having extra eyes checking in with them was worth its weight in gold. Both Stuart & Zoë had to chase the nurses to visit on more than one occasion. When Rebecca was unable to visit one day, Mum had an equally competent lady fill in. Unfortunately my mum is no longer with us but when the time comes for Dad needing care, it will be Stuart & Leah Care that I will call. I would 110% recommend Leah Care for anyone with care needs. Thank you so much to all at Leah Care, your work is exemplary.

Leah Care were excellent with my grandmother, she struggled a lot after she left hospital after a fall in the summer of 2025 and they provided an excellent service for both her and my grandfather, who took care of her. They alleviated a lot of stress and took care of tasks for him, which was
invaluable as he battled health conditions too. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, Rebecca was great with Nanna, she always spoke so highly of her and greatly appreciated all the care she was provided with. She passed away at the beginning of 2026, and the staff were excellent, supporting us with our loss and even attended her funeral in late January.

Leah Care have been absolutely amazing through the time they look after my Grandmother. She always enjoyed having a carer of theirs around and the quality of care they provided was outstanding.
My grandmother was so thrilled with Rebecca as her carer. After every visit my grandmother was so
appreciative of her and the amazing care she offered.
Stuart and Zoë have always been at the end of the phone for her and my family. Answering any questions and showing flexibility to fit what we needed.

TBH we were struggling providing the personal care for our loved one. It was frustrating for all of us.
Leah care were recommended to us and we could not be happier with the care received from Stuart and the team.
From the start they were professional, caring and full of advice. Stuart even got us
registered with the incontinence clinic so we save a small fortune in buying pads.
Every carer is always friendly, smiley and it feels like they are part of the family.
Leah care has enriched our lives and help us have a more positive relationship with our loved one.
Would happily recommend to anyone in the local area.

Leah care have an excellent leader in Stuart and have shown me that they work hard to get things on a professional footing throughout a very difficult first 9 months of care.
They have some exceptional team members who have built strong personal relationships with my father who has dementia and
my mother his carer.
Care like this comes down to complex personal attributes of the individual and team, this is not to be underestimated and the evidence for Leah care is they do care! Well done Leah care!!

Leah Care have provided Social Care for our 95 year old Mother 3 times a week for around 9 months. All the Staff have been lovely - especially Allison - and have provided companionship and light cleaning duties. They are a very efficient, helpful Team and Stuart and Zoe are always available to
resolve any issues or changes to schedules that may occur. They have certainly enriched my mothers life and enabled her to stay in her own home for a longer period of time than would have been difficult without their regular support. We are so glad we found them.

Leah care have been incredibly adaptive to working with sometimes challenging needs. Always putting the client first they were sensitive to the feedback of the whole family and a changing landscape of care.

Leah Care were the reason my elderly uncle was able to stay alone in his own home for several weeks before his situation sadly changed and he needed 24hr help. His regular visits increased from twice daily to 4 times a day and having lived a solitary life ( his choice) since widowed 28yrs ago he
came to enjoy the visits and chats with the lovely Carers. It was good that there were many regulars and one in particular who had a similar farming background to him and so they had a common interest. On some occasions it was difficult to communicate with the office and information about my uncle from them was occasionally delayed however emails seemed the best way to make contact and were always responded to. I'd definitely recommend Leah Care to anyone needing help and support for someone in their own home and will be forever grateful to Leah Care for their visits . Thankyou.

Leah Care looked after our mother at her home for more than three years. Throughout this time, they provided an efficient, sensitive and highly professional service. Providing comprehensive facilities they attended to mum's daily needs, provided transport for medical appointments and carried out
shopping and laundry tasks. On a more personal level mum formed a close friendly relationship with her regular carers which contributed greatly to a more pleasant atmosphere in often less than ideal circumstances. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of Leah Care to those requiring care in their home.

Leah Care provided consistent and excellent care to my mother over a sustained period of time. My mother was able to form great relationships with her care providers who acted with empathy, care and compassion. We appreciated everything they did to provide my mother with the support she needed.

The care manager and his team at Leah Care provide a wonderful service to assist my elderly mother with her daily needs. They have been looking after her for over 2 1/2 years and she is extremely satisfied with the care she receives on a daily basis. They help her with her personal care, as well as
some daily tasks in her own home. The staff are warm, friendly, trustworthy and treat her with utmost respect and dignity at all times, which is very important. If you are considering home care for someone, I would not hesitate in recommending Leah Care.

Cannot praise them enough. All carers are kind and considerate and efficient. They work in difficult circumstances and always present a cheerful manner. Would recommend them to others without hesitation.

The Leah care team have helped look after my Mum in her home for the past 4 months. After her Alzheimer's diagnosis, my Mum has needed a lot of assistance to help her perform daily tasks.
The team have provided excellent and compassionate care, helping Mum to get up, go to bed and prepare her
meals. They have also provided much-needed companionship which Mum has greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend Leah Care if you are looking for care at home for a loved one.

Leah Care did the most outstanding work in initially caring for my Dad and then my Mum. The staff were always on time each day, they were very efficient and professional and attended to my parent's needs by assisting them in the shower, dressing, preparation with meals, medication and even having a
chat with a cup of tea. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Leah Care.

We used Leah Care for over 3 years as my wife had Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
We experienced a lot of different carers over the period of my wife's illness from at least 4 different agencies and I can honestly say that Leah Care was the best.
Their carers are outstanding bringing competent care
with a big smile and a good dose of joy into what was a very challenging period of our lives. I will always be grateful and count them as valued friends.

One member of staff was excellent and went the extra mile, my friend liked her very much.
4 years of really good service and taking responsibility for her medical needs too was great.

Leah Care is just amazing, I can not recommend them enough, right from management to the carers in the community.
My husband has Parkinson’s and they are just amazing with him, especially while I am at work.
He has the same regular people which is important with Parkinson’s as he does not like
change.

Leah Care looked after Mum for nearly two years and with their help and excellent care managed to keep her in her own home even with Dementia. The communication was always excellent and the team of 5/6 carers that attended Mum several times during the day were lovely. They made sure she had meals,
meds and her home was clean etc. The ladies always had a chat and even had her singing on occasions. Thank you so much Care Manager and your fabulous team!

The care provided by members of Leah Care was above all our expectations. Each member of the care team took time with our mum who was suffering from dementia. They would always spend time caring for her personal needs and would always chat away with her. The attention they gave her was faultless.
She could at times be difficult but this never stopped how much they cared for her. Time was never a problem if she needed extra care she always got it without any hesitation from the staff. I would highly recommend Leah Care.

The care provided was tailored to my mother’s needs and from the outset communication was very good. Carers looked after my mother with dignity and used their initiative to
ensure care was adapted to her changing needs and to ensure safety.
We highly recommend Leah Care for quality of care and value for money.
