Absolutely no complaints. The admin staff are always helpful and adapt to our needs. The carers are always gentle and patient with my mum even when she gets difficult!

We have used Caremark (Bournemouth) for over a year. The staff are well-trained and monitored. They are respectful and treat my husband with dignity. Management is superb! Always ready and willing to help with every need (even when it is a hug that's needed). All done with a smile!
