The care my father has received from his carers has been fantastic. Each carer had treated him well and he has a good relationship with them all. The communication between the company and myself has been consistent and very reassuring.

We changed to Saxon Care around 12 months ago and have been so pleased with this decision. From day one it felt that both myself and my husband were getting a personal service from both the management team and the individual carers. They listen to our needs and are flexible with the care they
provide. The carers themselves are always friendly, respectful and professional. It really does feel that they "genuinely care" about their clients and will often "go that extra mile".

I cannot express how brilliant the team at Saxon were at caring for my father in his final weeks. From the first meeting, when the care manager and another member of staff came into hospital, they struck the perfect balance of professional but very warm and approachable. They really took care to
work out what my father needed in the extensive level of care he needed and then tweaked and tailored the schedule and carers to suit. We were seeing two carers four times a day and then an awake career over night. This could have felt very intrusive and awkward at such an emotional and stressful time in our home, but they managed this perfectly. The carers arrived on time, treated him with the upmost respect and dignity, and we could not have asked for more. The warmth and heartfelt care the team gave us was exceptional. I thank you with all my hearth for your support through this heartbreaking chapter.

Saxon Care has been very kind and supportive of my husband and myself. They have a high standard of care, and the carers are first-class. My husband looks forward to them coming knowing that he will be very well cared for.

We were recommended "Saxon Care" by neighbours in the village. Saxon Care was able to start their care services at very short notice. Since then, they have been outstanding in the care given to my mother, who is 101 years old and fairly active for her age. The rapport between all the carers is very
good, and she looks forward to their visits twice a day. Yes, there are times when carers may arrive late, but we are always informed - these situations are very rare.

All the carers are very polite and caring. My husband looks forward to them coming, and so do I. I'm so glad that we Chose Saxon Care.

Carers were extremely kind and patient to my mum, ensuring she was clean, well dressed, and very chatty. Washing clothes, bedding etc, was to be expected; they went the extra mile when needed. Office staff were always very supportive of myself when queries and concerns were raised.

Saxon Care looked after my father with kindness and patience. They were warm, friendly and treated him with dignity at all times. They went to great lengths to ensure that he was safe, comfortable and well cared for in every way. I felt my family were in safe hands. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have recently received excellent home care for 10-days from Saxon Care in every aspect from the efficient management (who give individual attention to detail). To all the wonderful care workers who undertake their tasks with cheerful, efficiency and pride - nothing is too much trouble for them -
they are all very special people. I can wholeheartedly recommend Saxon Care.
