I am disabled and my carer's husband had to go into hospital and as a consequence I needed help at home. Right at Home staff rallied around to help and I was very impressed. They were always very professional, cheerful and helpful. They were also punctual and willing to do that bit extra. I have no
hesitation recommending them.

We changed the care provider to Right at Home recently.

The staff are professional, helpful, kind, considerate and very accommodating
We are very happy with the service that is provided
We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of care

Very happy with service that carers have provided to my father. The management team have been excellent at keeping in touch and reviewing the care that my father has had and ensuring that we are all happy with it. I would recommend Right at Home with no question at all

My father in law has used Right at Home for a few months now and he's delighted with their service. They go above and beyond for him every time they visit and are kind, friendly and caring. There are some particular carers he likes and Right at Home always try to ensure that these are the ones that
visit him.

Right at Home have provided care for my father since he had a fall and was admitted to hospital. This was the first time he had required help at home but the organisation and the carers made this transition smooth and not as stressful as it might have been. Dad's needs are met. The carers chat to
dad as an individual not just an "old person".
Having dealt with, and had poor experiences with a variety of care providers and individual carers in the past with other family members I have been very impressed with Right at Home as a company and the carers themselves which is very reassuring. I do not live close to my parents so feel confident that the care they receive is good making them less vulnerable

Right at Home have been very approachable from the first day, and stressed they wanted to provide care to meet our needs.
They are very responsive to our requests. The staff are very friendly and attentive and always punctual and always ask if there's a else they can do before they leave.

Right at Home provided care for my partner for about 15 months until his death. Initially care was provided for 3 hours a week to cover mainly domestic duties. In the final week of his life personal care was provided 4 times a day and overnight.
The quality of care was first class. Carers were
respectful kind and supportive of both him and me. I was particularly impressed with how responsive Right at Home was to his needs. Organising increased levels of daytime care and overnight care often within hours.
One thing I found particularly comforting was the particular care which had been taken on the morning he died to ensure that he was comfortable, the house was left very tidy and the radio on. Such a thoughtful thing to do and it meant so much.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

We have only been using Right at home for 3 weeks, for my mums care, however we are so impressed with the carers, they are so kind, professional, their feedback and communication is so helpful. My mum enjoys chatting with the carers too, they treat her with dignity, interest and respect, and take an
interest in her life too.

We found Right at Home through an online search engine, which searched online for carers in our area that met our needs. We needed carers twice a day for my mum who has mid-stage dementia.
Right at Home responded within minutes to our request and we were impressed by the swift response and the
quality in the level of service they were offering.
We met at my mum's home within the next two days and during this meeting it was apparent that Right at Home would meet all our needs for my mum. They started by asking about my mum's likes, needs, and activities including what she liked doing. It might seem obvious, but I was very pleased they focused on her first. They then covered elements about her home, medical history and finished with the finance side and contract. Their carers started three days later and they are delivering what they stated.
Right at Home have been friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly responded to our input and needs in a very prompt way. We are really pleased.

For the 6 months we used Right at a home, they were always friendly and highly efficient from an office/administrative perspective. They went above and beyond in their willingness to help and be flexible.
The standard and quality of the carers was in a different league to my experience of other
care companies such as Helping Hands.
Overall they provide a very caring, kind and compassionate service adhering to high standards. They enabled my Aunt to stay in her own house 6 months longer than she would otherwise have been able to. She formed positive bonds with many of the carers. Their communication with me was excellent and I found them straightforward to deal with.

I can't thank the staff at Right At Home enough. We have an ongoing care package for Mum with Right At Home that has been in place for nearly 12 months. I recently rang to enquire about increasing the amount of care Mum receives as I recognised that I was struggling to cope. The staff were lovely,
and totally took on board what I was saying I needed extra help with. They promptly responded with how they could help and what availability they had and swiftly put in place an increased amount of care. Honestly, the relief is immense as I know the carers are all so capable. Mum has dementia and the carers are all brilliant with her.

Friendly and helpful, staff who support the needs of my mother. Regular reviews of the care package helps in the support that is given. Help with jobs to be done in the home and support with visits to the local shop should they be needed are all part of the support. It is reassuring to know that her
medication is being dispensed as it should be via the carer.

Right at Home supports my parents (both in their 90s with complex needs) with daily visits so they can remain independent in their own home. Following a recent emergency hospital admission for my father, Right at Home was able to organise next-day care for my mother (who has dementia and limited
eye-sight) and live-in care within just a few days. All of this was arranged by the duty manager on a Sunday!
The standard of live-in care was very high and allowed my mother to stay in her own home and my father to be discharged earlier than would otherwise have been possible, despite still being very weak from pneumonia and heart complications. The sympathetic and unobtrusive care provided allowed my father to recover quickly and my parents have now returned to the level of care they previously required.
The level of support offered to both my parents and myself was fantastic and helped make a stressful and worrying time more manageable both practically and emotionally.

They are punctual, courteous and well-trained.
Communication is always excellent and we can get hold of them at any time.
We like the way they ensure new carers are familiarised with patients before they start.

The care we receive for the client my sister and our family is absolutely superb. All the carers who come are kind, friendly and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. They not only cater for her needs in the home but take her shopping, to cafes, and on picnics which the carer organises.
There is consistency of the carers who come and we are informed if there is even a slight change in the programme. The people in the office are extremely efficient and keep us well informed. Everything is very well organised. They go to great lengths to provide the client and family with the service that is required. The office personnel are kind and caring and do their very best to tailor the client's needs to the ongoing changing circumstances. I think we have been with them for about two years now and we are highly delighted with the care they give. We couldn’t have chosen a better Company than Right at Home.

Right at Home was there for my mum when I couldn’t be. The simplest of things were too difficult for her to do alone. With the help of the Right At Home team, I could go to work and get through my day without constantly worrying about my mum’s welfare. They helped her to wash, dress, take medication
and eat her meals. I was fully informed of the care she’d been given and had full confidence in the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing extra help.

From our first meeting at the offices to the home assessment, the team were so engaging, polite and understanding.
The assistance we received on the day of our daughter's wedding was amazing and took the pressure off us all.
Our parents were looked after
incredibly well, and it meant that we all could enjoy a very special day.

A prompt and efficient service was provided. Carers were respectful and thoughtful and very courteous. I was very impressed by their professionalisation and if I'm visiting the area again would not hesitate to use Right at Home.
