The care my uncle receives is outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble or effort. My uncle is well cared for in every aspect of his care. He is always clean and tidy which in itself can be challenging. Every carer who looks after him is amazing and understands him and his needs, he is literally
living like a king with their 24 hour support.
He is regularly taken out to his favourite places, he enjoys a trip to the barbers and his time spent with friends that the carers facilitate. He is happy and living his best life with support. We as a family couldn't ask for anything more.

We continue to receive outstanding care from the team at Your Choice for my elderly Aunt. They have looked after her every need for many years now and have worked particulalry hard to ensure that her quality of life is set to the highest standard possible. I cannot thank them enough, nor hesitate
to recommned their superb service.

I cannot praise Your Choice Care & Support enough. They provided care for my mum right up until she passed. My mum was very anxious to receive home care but all the staff were incredibly kind and put her at ease. They would also reassure my dad when needed. The office staff were brilliant and
ensured my mum was happy with the care she received and frequently checked in. Thank you so much to the whole team at Your Choice Care & Support.

Some carers are lovely and do what you ask, some think they know all the answers and will not listen but on the whole they are good.

I couldn't wish for a better care team to look after my mum. I knew she was well looked after and mum looked forward to your visits every day. You always kept me informed if there were any issues. When mum had to go into hospital followed by a nursing home she was fighting hard to go back home to be
cared for by your team again. It wasn't to be and mum passed away in October. Thank you very much to all the carers who visited mum.

I have found carers to be professional when supporting my dad in the home. They always treat him with respect and make sure he understands what they are doing with him. I am confident in the care given by the team and feel happy and secure knowing that my dad is in safe hands.

The carers support my mum in her own home. The team have been fantastic with everything they do. Mum enjoys seeing all the different people and enjoys the chats. Thank you for all the hard work really appreciate the help.

Mum was diagnosed with cancer in March and passed away in April. Prior to that mum had Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years and had several care companies visit her in the home. But 'Your Choice Care and Support' exceeded the standard of any of the others.
The professional and friendly way they
approached the whole family was incredible. Mum said that when she knew she needed palliative care at home she was glad it was 'Your Choice' as she trusted them and knew they would take care of her.

Your Choice were the care company for my Mum for 18 months and were fantastic. They treated my Mum with dignity, respect, care and kindness. My Mum always sang their praises.
During the last two weeks of Mum's life they went above and beyond to make sure they were not only there for Mum but also
the family. My Mum felt safe and their care enabled her to fulfil her wish of passing away peacefully at home with her family. I cannot recommend Your Choice enough.

I travelled over from New Zealand to visit my mum, I am literally blown away by the amazing care that the staff have given my mum, they are so kind and friendly and communicate with her so well, it really is such a blessing that without the help my mum would be in a care home, because of the
wonderful work they all do allows my mum to live in her home with all her belongings around her.

The care team that visits my great-granddad are very nice. It is so nice to see how he interacts with them and is always happy when then they come to help him. they always do their best to help him live his life as best as he can at home.

My sister, being a carer herself, was very happy with the care she received from the team. A lovely rapport was built between my sister and the carers, she always spoke to the family about her conversations and laughter with the team. Not only did the team look after my sister but they really looked
after the whole family in my sister's last few weeks. I would 100% recommend the team to anyone in need of very hard-working, kind and compassionate carers.

My mother-in-law has late-stage dementia and is bedbound; she has been cared for by this company for a couple of months now. She is treated with respect and dignity by all of the carers that come to visit her and has a rapport with them; I would even go as far as to say that she looks forward to
their visits. She visibly brightens up when they come in to see her and listens intently when she talks about her younger days. In addition, the carers have been great with all members of the family, letting us know if they have any concerns and reminding us that they are not only there to care for my mother-in-law but, and I'm sure that this is outside of their remit, they provide a sounding block for any anxieties that we have as a family. The carers who attend to her have, in a short space of time, become more like friends than carers.
A first-class service that I cannot fault.

Overall very pleased with our carers, although it's only been a week we are impressed with the standard of care and also how friendly they all are. Management was very helpful and easily able to contact out of hours.

This care company was my excellent choice over 2 years ago. I have received first-class service from various carers 3 times a week since then. Recently I have the luxury of 2 carers who have become friends and have never let me down. They often do little jobs outside their remit - all within the
half-hour allotted. I am 91 years old.

The care my dad gets from the company is amazing. They always listen to him and help him meet his needs. If we didn't have the carers in to help, I dont know what we would do. Everyone is friendly and funny, and I wouldn't want to change a thing. Great people and great company.

My experience with Your Choice Care & Support staff is that it is more than just a job to them. They are kind, thoughtful and considerate to my mum, always making time to have a chat about the old days with her and making her laugh, which I believe is a very important part of the role, along with
the caring aspect.
