My father has Alzheimer's Disease, and had injured himself in a fall at home. My mother has limited mobility, so we were worried about them both when he was coming out of hospital.
We were worried that dad might struggle to accept carers visiting the home, and having helps with things like his
toileting hygiene or showers. We needn't have worried. From the moment the first carer came to their house, we met people who were happy in their job, knew what they were doing, and knew how to be friendly.
They all struck up a good relationship with my dad, made him laugh, and cheered us all up. Their positive mental mindset was just one of the great things they brought to my parents' house.They were all professional in the care they have given my dad, and they never seem to be rushing to get the job done, they give him all the time in the world.
Thank you to Mark the supervisor for the visit and the follow up phone call. Thank you to all the wonderful people who have looked after my dad.

John Jasper is a company worthy of consideration for providing all types of care.
Regular management discussions / reviews have improved and allow clients to feel valued. This also applies to contact with Local Council I.e. Occupational Health and Social Services.
Arrangements in place for
all staff to provide ID at each visit. Medication records / provision expertly maintained. Staff are polite, helpful and respectful - they listen to instructions and ask questions if unsure.
Weekly rosters showing visit times and carer(s) attending are available to help client's / family arrange their lives.
Would like to end by reiterating that John Jasper is a company worthy of contacting when considering care issues.

We cannot thank John Jasper Care enough for the incredible care they provided to my mum. From the very beginning, Mark and the team have been truly amazing in supporting us and caring for our disabled mum who has been struggling with her mental health. Communication with the family was excellent,
which gave us real peace of mind during what was a very difficult time. We are incredibly grateful for everything John Jasper Care did and would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care.

John Jasper took over the care for my mother, from another organisation, after a complaint. I found the communication from John Jasper to be exceptional, from the first initial meeting right up until the end of their care. Their carers and management went above and beyond for our mum, and I would

All of our dealings with the carers have been very friendly, comforting and supportive and they keep in touch with me to check whether we need anything more from them and whether my father is happy with his care. They have really put us at ease and given us much needed relief from worries we had
about my father before he got their help. An absolutely wonderful service so far for which we are very grateful.

Before my husband Gordon, we were going to have carers your name was mentioned. We agreed to have your company to do this for us. We began on 01/09/2025. We are very lucky to have you. All your carers we have seen have been exceptional. Very compassionate, understanding and my husband has said he is
very happy to have nice people looking after him. They are always on time and we have found it very easy to get along with you your carers which is great for Gordon and myself. Thanks to all your staff and all best wishes to you all. The hospital gave us your company's we appreciate it so much.

Has been of benefit to myself, allowing me to meet up with family to shop, have a meal and it gives me some time for myself as I am sole carer for my husband and this is quite difficult at times. The four hours I receive help with my mental and emotional state, giving me time to recharge.

I would like to say the care package my elderly mother who had vascular dementia has received from all the staff at John Jasper care team has been big reassurance to me as her daughter that she is getting the care and support she requires . I also appreciate the direct regular contact I receive from
her carers if their are any problems or concerns . my mother looks forward to visits and the company they provide I feel this is very good for my mother

Carer call times are good, always someone to call. Carers are very efficient and caring. Office staff are easy to speak to when required. Been with them a long time don't think another Company could do better

I find the staff excellent. They are kind and helpful. However, the management is quite poor. Despite being assured on several occasions, when I complained, that the promised time schedules would be kept, carers are often told to either arrive too early or too late and as this effects the timing of
my medication, this is important. Also arriving too early restricts my social life which is important for my mental health.

My husband and his siblings have been relying on John Jasper to look after their mother who has Alzheimer's for the past six weeks. The initial visit to establish her care requirements went really well and we were all optimistic that the care package offered was very good and would give them peace
of mind and relieve the stress they had previously endured caring for their mother over the last few years. Unfortunately, this has not worked out as well as they hoped. They have experienced a number of issues that have continued after numerous calls to the company. To name just a few.
1 Door left unlocked
2 Door locked with key left in on outside.
3 Missed meals
4 No help getting dressed when it was clear their mother was struggling
I could continue with many more occasions where care has fallen well short of even minimum expectations. Watching their mother struggling with this debilitating disease is heartbreaking enough without having to be constantly checking on her care.

with her. It is very comforting to me to know Castrian’s kind and devoted carers are keeping a careful watch over her. You all have my sincere thanks and appreciation. I have no hesitation in recommending Castrian as a home care provider.

I enjoy going out with support, they are helpful. Staff in the office are very helpful and give me my schedules on time. When I call the staff are helpful at helping organise days out. Very happy with the service given.
