The team have been absolutely amazing-they can't do enough for my dad. We truly don't know how we would have coped without this incredible group of people. My Dad looks forward to them coming in every few hours. Giving us chance to do what we need to
Thank you so much Julie for your message it means a great deal to all of the team
We are truly honoured to be able to support your dad and your family at such an important time. It is especially lovely to hear that your dad looks forward to the team visiting him throughout the day, as building...
We were worried that dad might struggle to accept carers visiting the home, and having helps with things like his toileting hygiene or showers. We needn't have worried. From the moment the first carer came to their house, we met people who were happy in their job, knew what they were doing, and knew how to be friendly.
They all struck up a good relationship with my dad, made him laugh, and cheered us all up. Their positive mental mindset was just one of the great things they brought to my parents' house. They were all professional in the care they have given my dad, and they never seem to be rushing to get the job done, they give him all the time in the world.
Thank you to Mark the supervisor for the visit and the follow up phone call. Thank you to all the wonderful people who have looked after my dad.
John Jasper is a company worthy of consideration for providing all types of care.
Regular management discussions / reviews have improved and allow clients to feel valued. This also applies to contact with Local Council I.e. Occupational Health and Social Services.
Arrangements in place for all staff to provide ID at each visit. Medication records / provision expertly maintained. Staff are polite, helpful and respectful - they listen to instructions and ask questions if unsure.
Weekly rosters showing visit times and carer(s) attending are available to help client's / family arrange their lives.
Would like to end by reiterating that John Jasper is a company worthy of contacting when considering care issues.
We're really pleased to hear that the regular management discussions and reviews have helped you feel valued, and that our communication with Local Council teams has been positive. It's also reassuring to know...
We cannot thank John Jasper Care enough for the incredible care they provided to my mum. From the very beginning, Mark and the team have been truly amazing in supporting us and caring for our disabled mum who has been struggling with her mental health. Communication with the family was excellent, which gave us real peace of mind during what was a very difficult time. We are incredibly grateful for everything John Jasper Care did and would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care.
Thank you so much, Phoebe, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review.

John Jasper took over the care for my mother, from another organisation, after a complaint. I found the communication from John Jasper to be exceptional, from the first initial meeting right up until the end of their care. Their carers and management went above and beyond for our mum, and I would highly recommend John jasper in future for anyone needing care for an elderly frail relative. Thank you
We're delighted to hear that our communication, carers, and...

All of our dealings with the carers have been very friendly, comforting and supportive and they keep in touch with me to check whether we need anything more from them and whether my father is happy with his care. They have really put us at ease and given us much needed relief from worries we had about my father before he got their help. An absolutely wonderful service so far for which we are very grateful.
Knowing that we've been able to relieve some of the worries you had about your father's care means a great...
Before my husband Gordon, we were going to have carers your name was mentioned. We agreed to have your company to do this for us. We began on 01/09/2025. We are very lucky to have you. All your carers we have seen have been exceptional. Very compassionate, understanding and my husband has said he is very happy to have nice people looking after him. They are always on time and we have found it very easy to get along with you your carers which is great for Gordon and myself. Thanks to all your staff and all best wishes to you all. The hospital gave us your company's we appreciate it so much.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind review. We are truly grateful that you chose us to support Gordon and that you began care with us on 1 September 2025. Has been of benefit to myself, allowing me to meet up with family to shop, have a meal and it gives me some time for myself as I am sole carer for my husband and this is quite difficult at times. The four hours I receive help with my mental and emotional state, giving me time to recharge.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're really glad to hear that the support we provide has given you the chance to spend quality time with your family and enjoy a meal or a shopping trip, while also giving you some much-needed time for yourself. Being the sole carer for your...
I would like to say the care package my elderly mother who had vascular dementia has received from all the staff at John Jasper care team has been big reassurance to me as her daughter that she is getting the care and support she requires . I also appreciate the direct regular contact I receive from her carers if their are any problems or concerns . my mother looks forward to visits and the company they provide I feel this is very good for my mother

Carer call times are good, always someone to call. Carers are very efficient and caring. Office staff are easy to speak to when required. Been with them a long time don't think another Company could do better
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We're thrilled to hear that youve been happy with the care and support you've received from our team. Its wonderful to know that our carers are providing both efficiency and compassion, and that our office staff...
I have enjoyed when I am with the carers. They have been very good to me and nothing is a problem.
I find the staff excellent. They are kind and helpful. However, the management is quite poor. Despite being assured on several occasions, when I complained, that the promised time schedules would be kept, carers are often told to either arrive too early or too late and as this effects the timing of my medication, this is important. Also arriving too early restricts my social life which is important for my mental health.
Staff very caring and treat my wife with a lot of care and dignity and very helpful towards me.
1 Door left unlocked
2 Door locked with key left in on outside.
3 Missed meals
4 No help getting dressed when it was clear their mother was struggling
I could continue with many more occasions where care has fallen well short of even minimum expectations. Watching their mother struggling with this debilitating disease is heartbreaking enough without having to be constantly checking on her care.
Thank you for your review, as discussed with your family members, there was an unfortunate number of matters that needed addressing during the start of the care. These had been rectified before this review had been published, and before we were aware of the review. Senior staff have been liaising...
Many thanks.
Very good but at times very haphazard.
Thank you for your honest and kind response, we look forward to continuing to support you in the future.
The carers know me as well as understand my needs and respect my religion and dignity.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Castrian Group to anyone looking for care for themselves or their loved ones.
I am extremely happy with the standard of care Castrian employees afford my sister. Their kindness, thoughtfulness and level of care is exemplary. I have been particularly impressed by their willingness to change her care requirements as needed, carrying out changes swiftly after due consultation with her. It is very comforting to me to know Castrian’s kind and devoted carers are keeping a careful watch over her. You all have my sincere thanks and appreciation. I have no hesitation in recommending Castrian as a home care provider.

Meet Kennedy – Our Dedicated Home Care Manager
Kennedy joined the JohnJasper Care team in 2023, bringing with her over eight years of hands-on experience and leadership in the care sector. Her journey through the industry has been defined by passion, professionalism, and a tireless commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.
Throughout her career, Kennedy has worked across a wide range of care settings, including home care, complex care for both adults and children, palliative support, reablement, and services for children with learning disabilities. Her expertise and deep understanding of the sector have seen her rise through the ranks—from frontline care roles to senior leadership positions such as Team Leader, Branch Manager, Registered Manager, and even Regional Manager.
Kennedy is known not only for her strategic thinking and ability to turn around struggling services, but also for her approachable nature and genuine care for both clients and staff. Her background in recruitment, training, and compliance adds to her well-rounded leadership style, making her an invaluable asset to our team and to the families we serve.
When she’s not at work, Kennedy’s heart belongs to her furry (and not-so-furry) family—her home is happily shared with a French Bulldog, chinchillas, guinea pigs, cats, rabbits, and a tortoise. Her love for animals reflects her nurturing spirit and the warmth she brings to everything she does.
We’re proud to have Kennedy leading our home care services, ensuring every individual receives the compassionate, high-quality support they deserve.
If there’s anyone who truly understands what it means to grow into a role with heart, it’s Victoria! Before joining the world of care, Victoria spent an impressive 10 years at Sainsbury’s, climbing the ladder from Customer Service Assistant to Store Manager. But it was a deeply personal experience—caring for a close relative during their final days—that opened her heart to a new calling.
That moment of clarity led her to us at JohnJasper, and we couldn’t be more grateful! It didn’t take long for Victoria to shine. Within just six months, she stepped up as Field Care Supervisor, and another six months later, she took on her current role as our dedicated Care Co-ordinator.
Victoria brings warmth, empathy, and a brilliant sense of organisation to everything she does. Whether she's scheduling visits or supporting our care team, she makes sure every client is treated with the kindness and dignity they deserve.
When she’s not orchestrating top-notch care services, you’ll find her enjoying the simple joys of life—camping, taking long walks, and embracing the great outdoors with her family and their beloved dog.
We’re proud to have Victoria as part of the JohnJasper family, and we know our clients feel the same.
Say hello to our wonderful Field Care Supervisor, who swapped spreadsheets for support visits—and hasn’t looked back since!
Formerly a Bank Manager at Barclays, he made the bold and beautiful leap into care over 13 years ago. Why? Because, in his own words, “helping people in a meaningful way is the most life-changing kind of work there is.” And we couldn't agree more.
Since stepping into homecare and community support, he’s been a compassionate force across various care companies—until he found his perfect fit with JohnJasper Care, joining us through the acquisition of the Castrian Group.
Or as he likes to say: “It’s my bread and butter!” Whether it’s smoothing out the small stuff or orchestrating outstanding care plans, he takes pride in making a real difference every single day.
You’ll find him adventuring with his grandchildren, in search of the next exciting play park. (Rumour has it, he’s on a mission to test them all!)
So whether you're already part of our JohnJasper family or just getting to know us, rest assured—you’re in expert, enthusiastic hands.
With a passion for travel, socialising, and connecting with people from all walks of life, Patience brings a vibrant energy and deep sense of empathy to everything she does. Her love of learning about different cultures and stories is what first drew her into the world of home care – and it’s been a perfect match ever since.
Patience has worked in various care roles across Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the UK, racking up over four years of hands-on experience. She joined our team as a dedicated Home Care Worker, and through her hard work, perseverance, and an eagle eye for detail, she’s climbed the ranks to take on her new leadership role.
Before diving into care full-time, Patience also worked in a busy dental practice in South Africa, balancing duties as both a dental assistant and admin whizz. It’s no surprise she’s great at multitasking and keeping things running smoothly!
When she’s not out supporting our care teams, you’ll likely find Patience with her nose in a book, cheering on a soccer match, or watching an action-packed Bruce Willis movie – she’s a Die Hard fan through and through.
With her sights set on a managerial role in care, Patience is only just getting started – and we couldn’t be more excited to have her supporting our clients and team with her signature mix of warmth, wisdom, and humour.
Since joining the JohnJasper Care family in 2022, Ogee has been a powerhouse of positivity and precision. With a sharp Maths degree in her back pocket and a mind that thrives on solving tricky puzzles, she's the one we turn to when we want things done right – and with a smile.
Ogee takes care of payroll admin, keeps our compliance game strong, and juggles all sorts of admin tasks like a pro. But her impact doesn’t stop at the spreadsheet. She’s deeply passionate about fighting inequality in her home country, Nigeria – a cause close to her heart that adds even more meaning to everything she does.
Before gracing us with her brilliance, Ogee brought her magic to a variety of roles: business support at Santander, HR admin with SSCL Shared Services and Manpower, and even a stint working for a Lord and Lady on the Isle of Skye – yes, really!
When she's not keeping the wheels turning at JohnJasper Care, you might find her deep in a whodunit mystery à la Agatha Christie or James Hadley Chase. And if you really want to make her day? Invite her on a yacht trip – travelling in style is definitely her thing.
We’re lucky to have such a vibrant, driven, and kind-hearted person on our team. Here’s to you, Ogee – you make the workplace a better place every single day!

She is a natural listener who takes the time to speak with both clients and staff, building trusting relationships and creating a warm, supportive environment for everyone around her.
As a devoted mother to four children—one boy and three girls—Stephanie brings genuine compassion and understanding into her professional role. She is a caring, productive, and health-conscious individual who prioritises wellbeing, often making her own smoothies to maintain good nutrition. A keen learner, she enjoys using her free time to develop her knowledge and skills, continuously striving to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Stephanie loves travelling and has explored many parts of the UK, with exciting family trips planned to France and Japan. She also enjoys a little pampering and the occasional weekend away—and if there’s mashed potato with gravy on the menu, even better!
