Lighthouse never had all my dad's medications on the MAR sheet - this is something every care setting should do. Several staff left out of date foods in his fridge - which had also been fed to him. A member of staff made an emotionally abusive comment - staff member dealt with and warned about
gross misconduct. Safeguarding have been informed and are investigating - this company should not be allowed to provide care when they cannot carry out the basics.
