I am very pleased with the experience I have had with Caremark. The staff have been really kind and helpful both to me as a relative setting up care for my Father, and to Dad on their visits. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for in-home care. Dad can be forgetful and a bit cantankerous, but the carers are always polite and professional and get his needs sorted for him. At the moment It means I can have a couple of evenings each week when I know Dad's needs are being cared for and so then I can relax a bit myself. It's hard for people to understand the pressure involved in caring for elderly relatives, especially as an only child, but Katy and Sophie have been fantastic, talked me through every stage and answered every one of my dumb questions. Dad can only get worse due to his medical needs, and knowing I have Caremark in place as those needs present has given me a boost to my peace of mind about the future.

We changed care provider for mum as we weren't happy with the previous caregivers and our confidence in the process had been badly damaged. However, from the very first contact we have been very impressed with the help and advice we were given from Caremark but more importantly the excellent care mum has received since moving to them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing carers.

I initially contacted Caremark FoD earlier this year when trying to source a period of temporary care support for Mum. Of the many companies I called, the Registered Manager was the ONLY one who took the time to really talk to me and advise me, even though she was unable to meet my requirement at that time. Fast forward to July and my Mum, 94 with vascular dementia was taken ill, resulting in a 4 week stay in hospital. Her cognitive deterioration has been frightening, and I was unable to continue caring for Mum at home without support. I met with the manager and the Field Care Supervisor. From the first meeting I just knew I had made the right choice. Professional, compassionate, supportive, informative, and I trusted them immediately to meet Mum's needs. All the care staff live locally, which I love and they are all absolutely amazing, patient and caring with Mum, which is not easy as each visit is like the first! I love them all and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When calling on the phone, any queries are answered and any problems are rectified. All the carers are honest, kind and efficient and any matters arising in the home are brought to the attention of the management, which are then filtered through to me.

My mum has received excellent care from all the carers that have attended her. She enjoys their visits and they are always punctual, professional and helpful. There has been some turnover of staff, but they have all been good. As a family we have confidence in Caremark and peace of mind now and for the future. Thank you.

From the very start that my mother needed a care package, Caremark have been amazing. The management were fantastic in helping support what my mum would need, they are always helpful with everything, pleasant, kind and thoughtful. The carers are also very good and are all respectful and pleasant, kind, thoughtful and always put my mum at ease, they take time to do an amazing job, but also chat and engage well with my mum, we could not even tell you how to improve as you don't need to you are all amazing at your roles and I thank you so much.

I am so grateful to the amazing team of carers and managers they have supported my Nan after a previous awful experience with a different care provider, they took the time to build a brilliant relationship with her and now she looks forward to there visits. They treat her with respect and kindness, the communication is brilliant which is very reassuring for the family. Very thankful for all they do.

Highly recommend! We have been with the company for 3 weeks and everyone is so lovely, caring, kind and attentive. Mum is pleased to see them and is laughing and joking within minutes. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure mum's routine is consistent and the care provided is to the highest standard. It has provided me with much needed respite and enabled me to have more of a mother/daughter relationship which I had greatly missed. The initial assessment with management was professional, friendly and efficient. They took time to gather detailed information to create a tailored care package suitable for mum' s individual needs. I have felt supported by management who have genuinely taken my needs into account throughout this process.

Very good service, kind and caring staff very attentive gets on well with my dad and very trustworthy. Caring for my dad would be very difficult without them so I'm very grateful. Also it's nice for my dad to have someone else to talk to other than me.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. All of the staff are really professional about what they do, but more than that, they genuinely care. Sounds a bit obvious when talking about a care agency, but every single one of the people that have visited mum have been kind, attentive and practical ladies that put her at ease. There was an excellent and thorough process at the start to make sure nothing was missed and everything was as Mum likes it. The best thing is that I know mum is in safe hands and it allows me to be her son again.

We have now been with Caremark for 2 months, and can honestly say the service that the staff supplies is better than we expected or thought could have been. I had to fight tooth and nail with my father to get carers in to help with my mother, but now he looks forward to them coming and my mother is laughing and teasing again. They are all very professional with the tasks they perform. Within this short time, they feel more like family. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you, Caremark.

My mother has been using Caremark FOD for a year and half now, having been recommended by a friend. The team provide personal hygiene care and cleaning services. We have found all the staff to be diligent and well-trained in their duties, timely and always friendly and respectful of Mum's values and confidentiality. The senior members of staff provide an efficient and friendly service also, answering any questions and concerns promptly, and have built a good rapport with Mum personally. I would highly recommend Caremark FOD.

Dad has had Caremark helping him twice a day for a few years now. They have been and continue to be fantastic all the way through, tweaking things where needed to make him happy in his home and ensuring his needs are met. The ladies are all just fab with him (even dealing with his difficult moods at times!) The communication is great and highly recommended!

What can we say about this agency. After such poor care, my sister and I decided, after a recommendation, to try this wonderful agency. They are caring, and helpful and they and their team care for my sister. I have not seen her this happy for a long time. She has blossomed. Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you to the two ladies who care for her. I can finally breathe easy with her care and know I can finally relax knowing she is in good hands.

I personally and I know my brother are very grateful for all your hard work. Without your assistance, it will be far worse than it is. I don’t know what else I can say, but your new ladies are certainly what our mum needs. Two staff members in particular are great with Mama. I have told them this face to face. And always happy to see their names on rota. They are up to the standard set. The staff give our mum exactly what she needs and not all about clock-watching and leaving! Care is care. Carers who attend my mother all engaged with her very well. When we spoke with Caremark about times for the visits we requested a bedtime of 21:00 hrs, this does not happen. My mother is put to bed too early.

All of the carers are excellent. Communication is very good with the carers and admin staff at all times. Mum is treated with care and consideration. If there are any problems we are contacted immediately. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very happy.

Very good service, kind and caring staff very attentive gets on well with my dad and very trustworthy. Caring for my dad would be very difficult without them so I'm very grateful. Also it's nice for my dad to have someone else to talk to other than me.

Carers who attend my mother all engaged with her very well. When we spoke with Caremark about times for the visits we requested a bedtime of 21:00 hrs, this does not happen. My mother is put to bed too early.
