Very kind and caring people, helped mum until she had to go into a nursing home and now are caring for my father. Very flexible and accommodating as we have had many hospital visits at short notice. Can't praise them enough. Thank-you

The service my mum received was always professional and caring. I would recommend your company and our family were more than happy with all staff sent to care for our mother. The service received was always personal to mums needs and over the 3 years mum was always treated with dignity and respect. Time keeping for visits was excellent, even in the snow we knew she would still get a visit. The assessment and regular reviews for mum care was also very helpful allowing her views and family members to be part of her care package. Over the last year mum required some very complex care which was assessed by staff who had a good understanding and experience of how to provide the support she needed. Mum was lucky to have such kind people, and as a family we were very grateful for the all the support over the years

Your Home Care looked after Mum for over 3 years, starting with 2 visits a day, then 3 visits and then 4. The care they provided was efficient and professional and met mums ever changing needs. Mum looked forward to the girls visits and thought of them as friends. Knowing mum was so well cared for really gave me peace of mind. Thank you for the support you gave us, but thank you for all you did for mum, she was in the best hands I could have wished for.

My mother really looks forward to seeing her carer and has had a good experience with them ,she really enjoyed going to the seated exercise and lunch that was provided, and looks forward to going next month.I think it's really good for mum to get out and be with people her own age .

My husband has received outstanding care from this team who are consistently reliable and compassionate with their respectful and genuine attentiveness that makes us truly supported. What stands out is the warmth they bring to our home. It never feels like a service - it feels like family which brings us comfort as we face this difficult journey. This kind of support was something he never imagined needing let alone accepting but thanks to the teams patient and person centred approach he has not only adapted but grown comfortable with. The continuity of care / carer has brought stability and made his space feel safe and familiar. Thank you for sharing this journey not just as providers but as people who care.

My aunt's been getting care from Your Home Care for about six months now and we're really happy with them. The carers are lovely, always cheerful and patient, and they treat her with real care and respect. They noticed she wasn't quite herself one week and picked up on a possible water infection through their observations, which meant we got her to the doctor quickly. That really showed how attentive they are. The office team are helpful and easy to talk to too. I'd happily recommend Your Home Care to anyone.

More than happy with your day to day coverage of care being received. I'm really overwhelmed with such a wonderful approach to caring for my nephew. My mum has been receiving daily visits from the team at Your Home Care since the end of March. Apart from an early miscalculation of fees which was rectified promptly by the director, when we spoke to him personally, all has gone very well. Mum has a lovely team of carers who were all introduced to her before commencing their duties, and all of them are professional, helpful and well-trained. They are extremely kind and mindful of mum's needs and treat her respectfully with a genuine dose of humour which is exactly what mum enjoys from their visits. I particularly like the visit notes which I can read to keep me informed as I do not live locally. A medical issue was also picked up very quickly and contact was made with mum's GP which I was very grateful for. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all on the team for the excellent service they provide.

Care workers are very polite and friendly. They are very empathetic and respectful, focusing on patient centered care. Any concerns are are identified and recorded accurately leading to prompt action. Overall a very professional and caring team.

This company are exceptional. The staff are all professional yet caring and kind, they are efficient and all very pleasant and happy which is very reassuring and comforting. I trust them all implicitly. They were recommended to me by the local county council social services . In my professional life I see care workers in their duties and believe my mum has the best of them all.

My Mother and Aunt are both finding their carers to be helpful, friendly and courteous. My Wife and I have noticed improvements to their lifestyle since Your Home Care have been making their regular twice-daily visits. We are encouraged that my Mother is already showing an interest in taking part in the monthly exercise sessions when these become available. It also gives my Wife and I peace of mind in knowing that their wellbeing is being regularly monitored, and by friendly carers.

I find the staff very easy to deal with, the telephone is always manned. Each new member of staff is introduced by a member of staff before visiting. The members of staff are there all of the time for the visit. A visit has never been missed. All the carers are very caring and respectful.

All the carers I have met have been very compassionate , professional and caring. I have found it very easy to build a repour with all of them. We are so pleased we changed to your company as they are very observant to my health needs.

I was extremely worried about finding a home care provider for my mum who has Alzheimer's, upon meeting the manager she instantly put me at ease talked me through all my concerns and reassured me that my mum's needs would be met. The team of carers that care for my mum are all fantastic and the care they give is second to none, my only criticism is that it would be easier for my mum if she had the same carer on a more regular basis, sometimes the frequency of different faces can be confusing for my mum, but I am aware that this isn't always possible.

We are really pleased with all the support we have received from Your Home Care, at short notice they fit us in to help look after my mum. The carers are friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. I find the app they provided me with is very useful to check on Mum's eating, drinking and medication. The carers are in with mum for the whole allocated time that you pay for, if they finish their tasks they always sit and chat with mum which is lovely and mum has really taken to them. They always leave Mum with a warm drink. My only issue is getting the times we wanted for the morning, and night-time but as they are very popular times it is understandable they can not please everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service, from the start the service provided has been amazing. Carers come at exactly the time we requested each morning. My mum had reservations about having carers come to the house, but she is delighted with the service she gets and of course, it has made mum's life so much easier. I would recommend this company to everyone, as it really is 5-star.
