Lovely carers however more attention to washing and bathing regularly needed. Mum has dementia and unsure if all carers have dementia training. Whilst mums needs should be respected it is important that it is pushed her health,washing and fluid intake is a priority as mum will always say no

My mum has been using the services of Your Home Care since last year and I have been extremely pleased with the support they have provided. I have already written one review, but would like to add further comments after my recent dealings with them concerning their flexibility and quick responses when my mum's needs have changed in recent months. Everyone knows when caring for the elderly that their capabilities change and further help has to be put in place. I can only commend the way Your Home Care have supported us in recent months and offered extra services very promptly. What I particularly like is the speed with which they respond to requests and therefore support me, as well as my mum. Nothing is too much trouble and I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you once again to the whole team.

All I can say is that all care providers should work to the same standards of your homecare, they go above and beyond for their clients, all staff are all trained and experienced . All staff are Alzheimer's trained which makes a massive difference to the care my mum gets . The staff are all lovely, your homecare took over from a company who couldn't meet basic standards of care, but your homecare set really high standards, my mums needs were quite complexed and requires lots of kindness and motivation and compassion. They have made a huge difference to my mums life , she is very happy and her mental health has improved greatly due to the carers . They are so approachable, nothing is ever to much for them, mum loves and looks forward to seeing her carers , they treat her as family, they take the time to talk her , which for Alzheimer's clients is a essential as she was very lonely, they keep you updated, they will ring and pass on information or any concerns.highly recommend them .

Mum has been recieving home care just once a day in the morning for about 3 months and their is a noticeable difference in her. Such little things as taking her tablets, taking an interest in the family and even getting dressed everyday. She is also a lot brighter in herself on the whole.

The service my mum received was always professional and caring. I would recommend your company and our family were more than happy with all staff sent to care for our mother. The service received was always personal to mums needs and over the 3 years mum was always treated with dignity and respect. Time keeping for visits was excellent, even in the snow we knew she would still get a visit. The assessment and regular reviews for mum care was also very helpful allowing her views and family members to be part of her care package. Over the last year mum required some very complex care which was assessed by staff who had a good understanding and experience of how to provide the support she needed. Mum was lucky to have such kind people, and as a family we were very grateful for the all the support over the years

My mother really looks forward to seeing her carer and has had a good experience with them ,she really enjoyed going to the seated exercise and lunch that was provided, and looks forward to going next month.I think it's really good for mum to get out and be with people her own age .

The staff provided my Grandma with a really good care service during the time they were caring for her. She said that all of the ladies who attended were lovely and helpful when it came to meeting her needs.

My husband has received outstanding care from this team who are consistently reliable and compassionate with their respectful and genuine attentiveness that makes us truly supported. What stands out is the warmth they bring to our home. It never feels like a service - it feels like family which brings us comfort as we face this difficult journey. This kind of support was something he never imagined needing let alone accepting but thanks to the teams patient and person centred approach he has not only adapted but grown comfortable with. The continuity of care / carer has brought stability and made his space feel safe and familiar. Thank you for sharing this journey not just as providers but as people who care.

My aunt's been getting care from Your Home Care for about six months now and we're really happy with them. The carers are lovely, always cheerful and patient, and they treat her with real care and respect. They noticed she wasn't quite herself one week and picked up on a possible water infection through their observations, which meant we got her to the doctor quickly. That really showed how attentive they are. The office team are helpful and easy to talk to too. I'd happily recommend Your Home Care to anyone.

We really didn't want home care but are so pleased we gave it a try, its made a big difference to us, we look forward to our carer coming with a big smile on her face.

Any concerns are are identified and recorded accurately leading to prompt action. Overall a very professional and caring team.

They were recommended to me by the local county council social services . In my professional life I see care workers in their duties and believe my mum has the best of them all.

We are encouraged that my Mother is already showing an interest in taking part in the monthly exercise sessions when these become available. It also gives my Wife and I peace of mind in knowing that their wellbeing is being regularly monitored, and by friendly carers.
