The service my mum received was always professional and caring. I would recommend your company and our family were more than happy with all staff sent to care for our mother. The service received was always personal to mums needs and over the 3 years mum was always treated with dignity and respect. Time keeping for visits was excellent, even in the snow we knew she would still get a visit. The assessment and regular reviews for mum care was also very helpful allowing her views and family members to be part of her care package. Over the last year mum required some very complex care which was assessed by staff who had a good understanding and experience of how to provide the support she needed. Mum was lucky to have such kind people, and as a family we were very grateful for the all the support over the years

My mother really looks forward to seeing her carer and has had a good experience with them ,she really enjoyed going to the seated exercise and lunch that was provided, and looks forward to going next month.I think it's really good for mum to get out and be with people her own age .

The staff provided my Grandma with a really good care service during the time they were caring for her. She said that all of the ladies who attended were lovely and helpful when it came to meeting her needs.

My husband has received outstanding care from this team who are consistently reliable and compassionate with their respectful and genuine attentiveness that makes us truly supported. This kind of support was something he never imagined needing let alone accepting but thanks to the teams patient and person centred approach he has not only adapted but grown comfortable with. My aunt's been getting care from Your Home Care for about six months now and we're really happy with them. The carers are lovely, always cheerful and patient, and they treat her with real care and respect. They noticed she wasn't quite herself one week and picked up on a possible water infection through their observations, which meant we got her to the doctor quickly. That really showed how attentive they are. The office team are helpful and easy to talk to too. I'd happily recommend Your Home Care to anyone.

All the carers I have met have been very compassionate , professional and caring. I have found it very easy to build a repour with all of them. We are so pleased we changed to your company as they are very observant to my health needs.

I was extremely worried about finding a home care provider for my mum who has Alzheimer's, upon meeting the manager she instantly put me at ease talked me through all my concerns and reassured me that my mum's needs would be met. The team of carers that care for my mum are all fantastic and the care they give is second to none, my only criticism is that it would be easier for my mum if she had the same carer on a more regular basis, sometimes the frequency of different faces can be confusing for my mum, but I am aware that this isn't always possible.

We are really pleased with all the support we have received from Your Home Care, at short notice they fit us in to help look after my mum. The carers are friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. I find the app they provided me with is very useful to check on Mum's eating, drinking and medication. The carers are in with mum for the whole allocated time that you pay for, if they finish their tasks they always sit and chat with mum which is lovely and mum has really taken to them. They always leave Mum with a warm drink. My only issue is getting the times we wanted for the morning, and night-time but as they are very popular times it is understandable they can not please everyone.

I would recommend this company to everyone, as it really is 5-star.
