Mum has been with Your Home Care since they started off in 2021. She has felt very comforted by their caring staff. Being very anxious she took the step of going on a day's outing to the seaside courtesy of Your Home Care and accompanied by one of her carers, she thoroughly enjoyed it and had a good
laugh and altogether amazing time. The app is very useful for me to use so I can just check on the notes the carers put for each visit. Gives me peace of mind knowing all is safe. Staff at the office are very easy to speak to should you have any problems/concerns. Cannot fault the carers they are all so lovely. There have been a couple of care providers Mum used before these who just did not do what they said they would do and Mum had been very let down by them. We are therefore so happy with the professional care Mum receives from Your Home Care.

When it looked like my Mum would benefit from an extra pair of hands, due to her health and mobility, I looked no further than Your Home Care. From the initial contact, through to the carers visiting Mum for half an hour every weekday, I have nothing but praise for the care my Mum receives, for the
dignity and respect the carers offer, and for the organisation as a whole. My Mum has said that the different carers that she has met are all friendly and helpful, and she is happy for them to come in to her home. It gives me peace of mind knowing Mum is in safe hands. My Mum and I are more than happy to recommend Your Home Care.

Since starting with Your Home Care I cannot express my thanks for the friendly professional client centered service I am experiencing, not only from excellent carers, but all office staff as well. I recommend Your Home Care to other people without hesitation as being a superb care provider in all aspects
of care.
I attend a free monthly rise exercise session which gives service users a chance to socialise plus eat and drink together at the office. We have the opportunity to swap books and have access to varied information plus leaflets. I look forward to this opportunity greatly and have gained many dear new friends. In June I will be travelling to Skegness with a friend for the day plus fish and chips; all freely provided by Your Home Care. To express that Your Home Care is outstanding is an understatement. It's early days with Mum's care but I feel Mum is cared for well and with dignity, our mum is our world and it's hard to ask for support but it's needed and we feel comforted by the care Mum receives. The manager is always on hand when we get in touch and a member of staff, in particular, is a superstar.

The carers are amazing; they are patient with my mum, and nothing is too much trouble. My mum is extremely content. The communication between the company and us is excellent. If there are any changes, we are informed. Any new carers are introduced to my mum with another known carer. None of the carers
leave before their time is up. My sister and I feel very confident in being able to let the carers look after our mum to a high standard. Anyone looking for care for someone they love should look no further than this company.

YHC has been involved with my family for three years with both parents warranting support at various levels of care.
The carers we have commited to provide a very high level of care encompassing the client's emotional and physical well-being. They bring a ray of sunshine when they come to visit. The
carers are observant and respond appropriately to the day-to-day variations of care needed. I would also comment on their punctuality.
I would 100 percent recommend this company for anyone to put your trust in.
As a company they are very responsive to anything you need to discuss and reactive in changing anything you may need. I completely trust the carers and the company to care for my loved ones... not something I would do lightly.

We have been using Your Home Care for eight weeks. The care, consideration and support everyone has shown to both my parents has been outstanding.
My mother was quite resistant to needing help initially but from the first visit, they listened to her needs and concerns and quickly built trusting, caring
relationships. At the same time, the carers are proactive in supporting her to make appropriate choices when she has difficulty herself.
The office staff are always available to listen to family concerns and quickly adjust care plans to changing needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you so much for your outstanding care.

Our family are new to care services, it was a situation we found ourselves in suddenly. The setup with Your Home Care was so easy, from the first friendly call to the assessment and then to the care being provided. My father actually enjoys and appreciates the care he is receiving from your home care
- something I thought I never would say! The team of carers who visit my father are brilliant, just brilliant, it's clearly obvious they actually 'want' to be providing care - they appear to love their jobs and they do it superbly. The office team are amazing too, after having numerous issues with medication via the GP, the communication with Your Home Care and ourselves has been flawless. This also applies to any issues or observations the team may have with my father and his health.
For me, the app is worth its weight in gold, my brothers and I take great comfort in the fact that we can see first- hand what our father's care has been for that day. Therefore I can't recommend it enough!

We are relatively new to the services of Your Home Care since having to find someone quickly for my friend who has vascular dementia and I am so glad we chose them. My first meeting with the manager put me at so much ease that my friend was going to be in good hands and they have not disappointed me.
The carers go twice daily and are all so good, respectful, patient and caring to my friend as she can be quite challenging at times. The ladies in the office are very helpful when I have a query but also quick to inform me if ever there is a problem to find a solution. They readily adapt to your needs as I found out this morning as I had to change a part of my friend's care and without question, it was sorted. They are a breath of fresh air and they make such a difference to the client and family/friends' lives. Would highly recommend it.

We would definitely recommend Your Home Care. We've been with them just over a month after being let down by another company. We've been impressed from the beginning. All of the carers Mum has had are lovely. They assist her with her medication and do small jobs which Mum can no longer do. This leaves
me more time to spend with her. The management and staff in the office are very helpful too and they keep me informed about everything. Thank you.

Had Your Home Care for over a month and a half now, and they have been brilliant. Respectfully helpful and go up and beyond. Our house is always busy with two kids, and they are always lovely and polite, and most importantly, they talk and engage with my grandad and make him feel safe, laugh and guide
him through everything, but also other family members when they are here. The office staff are polite and respectful, and they listen; it's not just a yes-no answer, and they help guide and also check in often to make sure everything is ok with myself and if I'm coping etc.

I've been a service user with Your Home Care for three months now, and the care has been fantastic. I'm treated with dignity and respect, and most of all, kindness. My carers allow me to be as independent as I can without putting myself at risk.
I have three hours of social care with one of my carers,
which is my social lifeline, and I have the opportunity to go places; without this, I would be sitting in my house doing nothing.
The office staff and management are very approachable and do their best to accommodate your needs.
A big thank you to all the staff for the kindness and support they give me.

We had heard good things about Your Home Care, and I was delighted when I received a call to say that they had availability to provide care for my dad.
In a very short space of time, Your Home Care has exceeded my expectations. From the contact from members of staff since my initial enquiry, through
to the care consultation and visits from the polite and well-trained care staff.
I don’t live locally, so it is extremely reassuring to know that Dad is in capable and caring hands.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Your Home Care. They are an absolute breath of fresh air and exactly what you won't expect from a care provider.

The service provided by the company is truly amazing. Knowing that my grandad is well looked after and cared for gives me huge peace of mind. All the carers treat my grandad with respect, dignity and always give him the best support. He speaks so highly of each and every one of them; they really do
