The care provided by Your Home Care is excellent. They conduct reviews with my father regularly to ensure he is receiving all the support he needs and to see if there is anything further they can support him with. My father receives regular health checks by staff to keep an eye on him, in case his health
deteriorates. Staff visiting my father, always check with him before carrying out tasks and ask if there is anything else they can support him with. They interact with him, giving him conversational support too. Overall, the care and support he receives is exemplary.

We have been with your Home Care since 1st March and feel Your Home Care have been absolutely wonderful, from the first contact several months ago, up until the present day. My Mother is 99 later this year and her mobility is poor. We moved from our previous Care Agency and I can only say that we are
so glad that we did. The carer has been amazing and nothing is too much trouble. She is only too willing to ensure the care that my Mother is receiving is second to none and is commended for this. Her care staff follow these traits and both my Mother and I are so glad we changed to Your Home Care, when we did and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is considering Homecare. The management structure is well organised. Your Home Care are the best Homecare provider in the area and their reporting on an App after each visit is very informative and is tremendously useful. I don't know of any other Homecare providers that use this ingenuity system, but I commend this.

We are very pleased, so far with Your Home Care company. Very friendly staff and very caring. They are punctual and will do extra jobs, if they have the time. They do all the jobs as required at every call. Very happy to be on the family app and I can see how Mum is at every call.

The quality of care and professionalism my father received from Your Home Care was exceptional. The whole team were so supportive and surpassed my expectations. When my father was ill and he couldn't be left alone during the New Year, his carer went over and beyond to support us. My father is now in
residential care and in hindsight, I wish I'd worked with Your Home Care much earlier. I can't thank them enough.

I am a very close friend and next of kin to the client and have the responsibility to find the care for my very close friends. Your home care provides us with unrivalled service in every department from care to punctuality and support from all the staff including the office, who quite often are hands-on.
They ensure that any care we want we get and anything we need from doctor calls or social service help, we get with the right consultation. Compared to our previous care company and some we had meetings with, it was a huge revelation to the detail that they go to - all for the care of the client and partner. Our friend has Alzheimer's in late-stage so is quite difficult to work with but this has not been any problem to the carers in attendance. I can only say this is a 5-star company, only small but proficient and caring in every way.

The service received so far has been outstanding, having been thrown into a situation which required me to get a package of care at short notice with no information, knowledge and on Christmas week, I expected stress and grief, what I received was the opposite. My father, who isn't the easiest person
to please, is delighted with his carers and the service supplied.
They have great attention to detail and keep an eye out if something seems off. I, myself, am frequently kept in the loop via phone and email regarding updates, suggestions and general week to week goings-on.

We had been looking after Mum for about 3-years doing everything possible to keep her in her own home, but unfortunately with working full time, it all became too much. Mum's needs were increasing and we were already going more than 4-times a day, so we were really worried about how to keep her happy
and safe. After a really negative experience with another care company, we just didn't know where to turn. We called Your Home Care, and they really have been angels (arriving just in time for Christmas!). They listened to our needs, and a month in, all of those needs had been met. They are excellent at keeping in touch, treat both us and my mum with the utmost care and respect, and she is absolutely delighted with them. All of the staff are really professional and patient, and have ensured Mum's safety at all times - even with the pandemic to contend with! The care they offer is above and beyond anything we expected and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After caring for our mother for over 5 years as a family, it became apparent to us that we needed support from a care agency that showed compassion, dignity and looked at mum in a holistic manner, taking in to account all her caring needs. Dietary needs as well as her variability in mood and mobility.
As a family, we thought no one could care for our mum as we did but we are so glad we were proven wrong by Your Homecare as they have not only listened to us as a family but they take the time to listen to Mum's needs and are so patient and understanding and are willing to support in any way they can. They are a unique care agency that can combine professionalism and friendly diversity while maintaining high standards of client care. The care agency took the time to meet us as a family on the initial assessment and a full plan of care was formulated to meet the needs of my mum between us, which gave us the assurance that Mum was in safe hands.

I have been using Your Home Care for a few months now and I cannot fault them. The professionalism and knowledge shown by both management and the carers providing support is exceptional. Communication is really good and they’re very prompt to respond to any queries raised. As a younger person requiring
care, it’s often difficult to gauge whether a company is going to meet your needs because of a lot centre around caring for the older generations. As soon as I contacted Your Home Care I knew that they would be a great fit for me and my requirements, they took the time to ask me what I needed and wanted and also time getting to know me rather than describing to me how I would best fit in with what they do which other companies have previously tried to do. I would recommend Your Home Care to everyone because whatever your requirements, they will work with you to find a solution and meet your needs and it will be a pleasant experience too which helps.

We have been using your home care for a couple of months now for my mother and father-in-law and are so impressed with their service. Not only have they given us peace of mind knowing that our loved ones are being checked in on, but they also did some checks on my father-in-law which highlighted that
his blood pressure was extremely low. They contacted us straight away which meant we were able to contact the GP regarding this and as a result, my father-in-law has had his medication reduced and his blood pressure is now normal. Without your home cares intervention this would have gone unnoticed possibly resulting in my father-in-law becoming unwell. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. They give us peace of mind knowing that someone has been in and checked on my mother and father-in-law and we know that they will contact us with any concerns they have.

We recently started using the support service by Your Home Care for my grandad and we only have great things to say about the team. The care, consideration and support the team have provided for my grandad have been second to none. The daily visits have really boosted his morale and he has found the
