The service provided by the company is truly amazing. Knowing that my grandad is well looked after and cared for gives me huge peace of mind. All the carers treat my grandad with respect, dignity and always give him the best support. He speaks so highly of each and every one of them; they really do put a smile on his face. They aren't just his carers; he sees them as his friends. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone seeking care for their family members.

From the first phone call to enquire about care for my mother, I was struck by the empathy, the dialogue that resonated with how I felt and the assurance that needs would be met. With vascular dementia diagnosed, my mum can be challenging but always the carers are professional and respect her wishes. The carers engage in a delightful way with my mum and after a few weeks, she has accepted their help more readily. A small team assigned to my mum’s care also helps with continuity and familiarity. We are in the first month of Your Home Care providing care but I am impressed by the whole organisation and support to all the family. Love the family app that informs details of visits which gives reassurance and informs if any shopping is required.

Since joining Your Home Care as a client, I have felt the happiest since needing personal care. They are kind thoughtful professional supportive whilst actively helping, encouraging and promoting independence. All the staff are approachable, including the owners who are so easy to talk to, as are the managers, office staff and carers. They have a fantastic bedside manner and each and everyone has passion and compassion for their job and in their jobs 100% for the right reason. They never discuss other clients' care and never bring their own issues into work. It's always a nice smile from everyone you meet. I also love the monthly observations - so quick to detect issues. Off the back of these observations, I now have an ECG coming up, so thank you so much Your Home Care.

I have been with Your Home Care since 17 May, and all the carers are treating me very well and respect me. They take great care knowing how I like this and remember what needs doing and they always ask me as well. I know which carers are coming all the time by using the carers app which is very good for me because I like going out and doing things. Really I can't fault them and say much more than this as I have only been with them for about 5 weeks.

Having recently moved from another provider (if you can call them that) you guys are a breath of fresh air. The care given is fabulous, carers arrive on time, complete all the tasks necessary and have made the whole transition seamless. The app is fabulous it’s great to know exactly what has been done etc. Highly recommended and thank you to all of you. Fab company.

The overall service provided by Your Home Care has been excellent so far. Their carers have arrived promptly and been courteous, efficient, and respectful and all our dealings with Head Office have been handled professionally too with them responding quickly to get the package in place at very short notice. Their App is a useful tool to keep a real-time track of the carers’ visits and any concerns they may have had at the time.

A 5-star company, the care provided is exceptional. The carers always arrive on time and the care delivered is of a very high standard. The app is brilliant, we know who will be calling, which we find very reassuring. Every member of staff is dedicated to delivering industry-leading standards. The girls are very respectful and courteous. They are also very diligent in all of their tasks and carry them out with kindness. My Mum is very pleased with them all. The staff at the agency respond promptly and are very respectful in regards to all aspects of care planning and everything is done with the strictest confidence. The care provided by Your Home Care is excellent. They conduct reviews with my father regularly to ensure he is receiving all the support he needs and to see if there is anything further they can support him with. My father receives regular health checks by staff to keep an eye on him, in case his health deteriorates. Staff visiting my father, always check with him before carrying out tasks and ask if there is anything else they can support him with. They interact with him, giving him conversational support too. Overall, the care and support he receives is exemplary.

We have been with your Home Care since 1st March and feel Your Home Care have been absolutely wonderful, from the first contact several months ago, up until the present day. My Mother is 99 later this year and her mobility is poor. We moved from our previous Care Agency and I can only say that we are so glad that we did. The carer has been amazing and nothing is too much trouble. She is only too willing to ensure the care that my Mother is receiving is second to none and is commended for this. Her care staff follow these traits and both my Mother and I are so glad we changed to Your Home Care, when we did and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is considering Homecare. The management structure is well organised. Your Home Care are the best Homecare provider in the area and their reporting on an App after each visit is very informative and is tremendously useful. I don't know of any other Homecare providers that use this ingenuity system, but I commend this.

We are very pleased, so far with Your Home Care company. Very friendly staff and very caring. They are punctual and will do extra jobs, if they have the time. They do all the jobs as required at every call. Very happy to be on the family app and I can see how Mum is at every call.

The quality of care and professionalism my father received from Your Home Care was exceptional. The whole team were so supportive and surpassed my expectations. When my father was ill and he couldn't be left alone during the New Year, his carer went over and beyond to support us. My father is now in residential care and in hindsight, I wish I'd worked with Your Home Care much earlier. I can't thank them enough.

I am a very close friend and next of kin to the client and have the responsibility to find the care for my very close friends. Your home care provides us with unrivalled service in every department from care to punctuality and support from all the staff including the office, who quite often are hands-on. They ensure that any care we want we get and anything we need from doctor calls or social service help, we get with the right consultation. Compared to our previous care company and some we had meetings with, it was a huge revelation to the detail that they go to - all for the care of the client and partner. Our friend has Alzheimer's in late-stage so is quite difficult to work with but this has not been any problem to the carers in attendance. I can only say this is a 5-star company, only small but proficient and caring in every way.

They have great attention to detail and keep an eye out if something seems off. I, myself, am frequently kept in the loop via phone and email regarding updates, suggestions and general week to week goings-on.

The team at Your Home Care are a breath of fresh air following a very disappointing experience with another care provider. We are over the moon at the quality of service provided, not only by the carers but also any office staff we have been in contact with. From our initial enquiry through to delivery of care services, we have been extremely happy with every aspect. We would not hesitate to recommend Your Home Care. Don't put up with less.

We had been looking after Mum for about 3-years doing everything possible to keep her in her own home, but unfortunately with working full time, it all became too much. Mum's needs were increasing and we were already going more than 4-times a day, so we were really worried about how to keep her happy and safe. After a really negative experience with another care company, we just didn't know where to turn. We called Your Home Care, and they really have been angels (arriving just in time for Christmas!). They listened to our needs, and a month in, all of those needs had been met. They are excellent at keeping in touch, treat both us and my mum with the utmost care and respect, and she is absolutely delighted with them. All of the staff are really professional and patient, and have ensured Mum's safety at all times - even with the pandemic to contend with! The care they offer is above and beyond anything we expected and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After caring for our mother for over 5 years as a family, it became apparent to us that we needed support from a care agency that showed compassion, dignity and looked at mum in a holistic manner, taking in to account all her caring needs. Dietary needs as well as her variability in mood and mobility. As a family, we thought no one could care for our mum as we did but we are so glad we were proven wrong by Your Homecare as they have not only listened to us as a family but they take the time to listen to Mum's needs and are so patient and understanding and are willing to support in any way they can. They are a unique care agency that can combine professionalism and friendly diversity while maintaining high standards of client care. The care agency took the time to meet us as a family on the initial assessment and a full plan of care was formulated to meet the needs of my mum between us, which gave us the assurance that Mum was in safe hands.
