We are delighted with the Top notch team that provide care to my father. We value the fact my father has an amazing regular consistent team which has enabled him and us to be able to build up a rapport and for dad to enjoy seeing familiar faces. Each and every person is great, takes a lot of care in
providing the best personal care for my dad. They demonstrate care, compassion and a sense of humour - so important. They are always flexible as much as they can be regarding the timing of visits and carry out our requests such as getting him into his wheelchair and out into the garden on occasions. When he has been in hospital we have been impressed that they have been able to recommence care very promptly . The carers are simply amazing and value also being able to contact the care co ordinator at any time shoukd we need to. Thank you Top notch . You are indeed Top notch !

Top notch were excellent in every aspect of caring for my wife. They were kind and patient even when under pressure. Ayesha and her girls became friends with my wife Teresa over time. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them .
