We are very happy with the service Abbey provides, she always comes with a smile on her face cracks jokes with my mum and cares and looks after her every need. She is part of the family as are all of my mothers carers.

We are happy with the service. It is our lifeline. The system is well designed, well managed and flexible to accommodate changes. Lovely, supportiver, empathetic caters. Great management team. This is the fourth year of using this cate agency and they are great with my son. He looks forward to having them come and they communicate well with him.

My son of special needs (Severe Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Communication problems, Sleeping problems) are well taken care of, his needs are managed accordingly (very well). He displays feelings of happiness with his support staff.

I sincerely thank the Solutions Embassy Ltd staff for the best care, my grandmother, Nana, enjoys. The allocated staff are very punctual, respectful and professional in carrying out her duty. We do not regret our choice of provider. Thank you.
