We have been using A&T Caring services for some time now and from the outset to every single occasion we make contact to alter what we need or seek advice or help Emily, who always seems to be person answering the telephone, provides a " can do" approach. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and she
seems to be able to put new arrangements in place incredibly speedily. The carers have fitted in very well to my parents life and offer much needed support for my Father thus releasing my Mother from so doing. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have and continue to receive.

Emily, the Manager came to the house and spent some time finding out what it was exactly my husband needed. We agreed on a plan and Emily then put that into place. Over the next few months I contacted Emily frequently to change times and on every occasion, she was understanding and efficient. I
also have great praise for the carers - Alan and X who arrive promptly and deal with Charles kindly and efficiently. We have now settled into a regular routine, only occasionally changing times because of hospital visits and again Emily has been understanding and efficient.. I wish to give A & T Carers the highest possible praise and gratitude for the excellent service they provide.

We would like to say a big thank you to Emily and all the wonderful carers for all thier support with our mum, Janet.
After the passing of our dad, mum was very lonely and struggled to prepare food or eat.
As daughters we are not local and although we visited often, we needed to know mum was safe
each day.
We would totally recommend Emily and her team.

Being very new to caring for my mother having Dementia the whole process felt overwhelming .A&T were recommended through Social Services . Emily the manager visited Mum at home for us to establish what she needed .
My Mother is quite a difficult and strong willed individual who dint want care but
due to me working Full time and not being nearby and Mum having dementia she needed support
The plan was for a visit a day to make sure she ate .At first Mum would not let the girls in yet alone make her a meal.
With more empathy ,kindness, compassion and patience than i would ever have a friendship and trust was built up so now mum things a friend is visiting .
They are flexible and on hand to help with advice or issues, i could not recommend them enough ,In fact it would be 10 stars
Ive had the pleasure of meeting Primrose ,Sharon &Ree (sorry if i have missed anyone ) who are just the loveliest of girls you would ever want to care for a relative THANKYOU

My father has been receiving daily care for the last 4 weeks from A&T services. This is the first time we have had carers and he was very reluctant to have help. What a difference 4 weeks makes, Dad now looks forward to the Carers coming in! I cannot recommend them enough. They really do take an
interest in dad and his wellbeing. Always polite and cheerful, providing him with exactly the type of help he needs. Dads care needs can vary from day to day but this has never been an issue for A&T and there is always someone to contact. It has not only made a big difference to Dad but also to me and we a both very grateful to everyone at A&T for the care , respect and kindness they provide.

Mum has care 4 times a day and is always very complimentary about the 'girls' and care received. We have met a few of the 'girls' and they all seem friendly and pleasant. They leave notes if they notice that she is running out of something, so that we are able to replenish things when we visit,
which is very useful. Mum is particularly pleased to see a friendly face. Would highly recommend.

I just feel compelled to write a 5 star review. A&T provide excellent care for my elderly vulnerable mother. They are extremely accommodating, caring with great attention to detail. They have gone over and above their duties especially today when my mother was waiting alone for the paramedics to
arrive. The manager actually cancelled her meeting to go and sit with her until they arrived. I call that going above and beyond most peoples expectations of a care company. Caring they certainly are!

The carers have been very diligent in their approach to care services and provided a caring service to my wife. They have provided company for my wife on the hourly occasions in the week to allow me to shop etc.without the worry of leaving her unattended.

The A&T care team looked after my Mum over a number of months until her passing. A fiercely independent woman, Mum wanted to stay living in her home and the team assisted her to do this with care, dignity and compassion, knowing when to support her and when to give Mum her space. Living abroad I
was reliant on the team to keep me updated of developments on a regular basis, which they did so well. I found the manager particularly responsive as our demands increased and decreased over the months - always friendly, responsive and service minded, tailoring the service to our ever changing needs. I am so grateful to all the team for their kindness, support and professionalism during such a difficult time in our lives.

Very pleased with our new carers, our son can find meeting new people difficult, however they were smiley, happy and patient with him, taking their time to understand him and encouraging him to talk and join in.

I have nothing but praise for them, the manager and all the team are professional caring, friendly and great with communication.
I would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for Mum.

The carers were always reliable, trustworthy friendly and considerate with my mum. They were always personable with her and got to know her very well which grew into a very good relationship between them. I would recommend A & T's services for any care and support required, your staff are a credit

My father was really well looked after by the carers from A and T Caring Services.
Always interacted with Dad and nothing was a problem.
The carers always made sure Dad had everything he needed before they left.
On one occasion, Dad needed the commode and the carer was not due for 2 to 3 hours
one Sunday morning I contacted one of the carers to see if could pop back to assist and was so helpful and both Dad and I were so very grateful.

The staff are always happy and cheerful. Very helpful and do all that is requested. We have a laugh with staff on a daily basis. Very happy with the service they give.

The staff visiting my Mum three times daily were always very positive and treated my Mum with great care. They laughed at the same jokes she told them on each visit even though they had heard them many times before. They knew what she liked doing and asked her about her favourite football team. I
would recommend A & T's services for their care and support.

Very caring staff - one outstanding member of staff was very professional and well above the others in knowing what to do.
I was not happy with the driver who sometimes drove the staff, who pushed himself into my house (without a mask), wanting to use my toilet.
He attempted to do it a second time
when I wouldn't let him in my house. This was very upsetting.
Otherwise, the care staff were good.

We have been very pleased with the care that my grandmother has been receiving. The care staff have been very attentive and proactive in ensuring my grandmother is being well looked after.

A very professional and excellent service. I am so grateful to my husband’s carer for his professionalism support and great kindness, he helped us through a very difficult time and I shall always remember him for that.
