We started using them following a friend's recommendation. They were very flexible with a can-do attitude. Any concerns are quickly followed up by management and it works well to have direct communication with the carers. My parents are not the easiest but good relationships are being formed.

We had live-in care for my husband who had Alzheimer's. Excellent pair of girls shared the responsibility doing two weeks duty and then changing so we always knew them. They were very caring, had a good sense of humour and were conscientious. My husband had to go into a care home as needed two
carers at once to move him. Thoroughly recommend this service.
